Updating my review & adding a star since they were actually open today. 0500 and they were still closed. I had to call them to open the door. I got 2 donuts, 1 bavarian and 1 lemon. They were both good, nice and fresh. However, overall, they were average. They were also not appealing to the eye. No wow factor, just average. I like it when donuts entice me just by looking at it. But like I said, they were good and fresh. Still in search of my perfect donut.

Love their French donuts. I guess they are also called crullers. They are made with eggs. Donut Star only makes them on Sundays, so that's a good thing to remember. Gosh... I think it's Sunday, maybe it's Saturday? Hummm. Google says, "French Crullers are made with pâte à choux dough instead of yeasted dough. When choux pastry dough, made with simple ingredients like milk, butter, and eggs, is fried, it rises and stays airy thanks to the steam." And... "Technically, French crullers are not donuts. French crullers are pastries made from stiff choux dough piped into circles, fried, and glazed."The rest of Donut Stars donuts are fresh and yummy. They offer a pretty good variety including cinnamon rolls and apple fritters. They also have coffee. . Going on a donut run can become such a habit! Especially when they are fresh. Especially for a crullers. The ladies who serve you are sweet and helpful. It's a nice little donut shop.

Very friendly staff when you walk in you smell the deliciousness of sweet donuts being made. There is not a place to sit and enjoy your sweet treats but it is a donut shop. Prices are reasonable and the softness of the donuts lets your tastebuds scream yummy yummy for my tummy tummy give me a piece!

Bought a half dozen for Christmas Eve morning - My kids loved them! Very fluffy and flavorful. Staff were so friendly! Pricing was fair. Definitely give them a try!

They have the most amazing and freshly baked donuts. They always seem to have a great selection no matter how late in the day...

Great donuts, good selection, friendly staff. I was impressed by the croissants as well. I live close, so I have to drive by sometimes because I want everything they have! Very fresh donuts also.

Their donuts are always fresh and have a consistent good flavor and taste.Their coffee is very good not sharp and bitter like some coffees. Service is always friendly. Especially like Sue. I have been going there for years. I have never been disappointed and go about once a week.

This place was amazing! I had to grab a couple dozen donuts for a coworkers birthday last minute and the owner was so sweet and helped me make some good selections that everyone absolutely loved and on a great budget. I also got my child a cake donut while I was there and it was so light and airy, absolutely one of the best cake donuts I've ever had after my daughter was done eating all the sprinkles off it lol. The owner was very kind and even though she was very busy she was patient and kind with all her customers. Will definitely be making this our go to donut shop.

First time here. My usual place was closed on a Sunday. Came here and glad I did. Yummy donuts and very friendly service. Will definitely be back
