BANNING's BEST DONUTS! I've made it a habit to come here on my way to work because they're that good! Just the other week I stopped by three mornings in a row to grab a breakfast croissant, cold drink, and donut. I highly recommend their turkey, egg, and cheese croissant. It's flaky and delicious. Their iced coffee is spectacular, it has the perfect sweetness. They also sell smoothies, milk, tea, and canned drinks. As for donuts, I'm obsessed with their chocolate bars and white frosted chocolate chip donut. I stop by in the morning and everything is fresh. The guy who runs the front is very professional and friendly. I've generally gotten good vibes coming here.There's tables inside, it's a little tight but I've enjoyed a donut in here and was comfortable. Donut Factory is right off the 10 freeway and on Ramsey. It's perfect for a morning pit stop and easy to visit.

THE BEST DONUTS!Always freshly made, perfect combinations and options.I really love the milk iced tea and my daughter tried all the different smoothies they offer.I will be a fan again and again highly recommend this spot!

Clean , organized, professional young lady served us today. There was an error and I apologize my best got away from me. This employee offered to make amends unfortunately being an employee she is limited in conflict resolution with a customer. She is not allowed to make a call to benefit the business. Manager had stepped out of the business. I give 5 star because of the awesome employee. She fixed the situation and I hope to follow up on another visit to find out she did not end up paying for the error. Valuable employees are hard to find. Recently retired from Management after 27years. I know the importance of the profit line. Valuable employee who give an awesome experience and service and service should be recognized they are your profit line. Give her the ability to make judgement calls on the spot when management is not on the premises.

The young American lady working was wearing air pods while taking my order, and she had trouble listening to my order. I had to repeat myself multiple times. Her tone was very rude as well. I haven't tried the donuts yet, but I will not be coming here for donuts again.

They were so gracious and polite. The donuts were among the best I have EVER had. You cannot go wrong by going to this place.

Came back for more donuts and there was a change in staffing. There was a lady there that was very short with us and rushed us to get our donuts. Then she asked me to sign the receipt and asked "Is that how you sign?" What kind of question is that? I would have shopped for more food and drinks but since customer service was not good I just wanted to get out of there. Not coming back.

Nice customer service but terrible donuts. The donuts were stale and at least 3 days old. It sucks because I was excited to try this place out but it was truly a waste of money.

Stopped here while on a road trip. My daughter, 9 loved the heart shaped one!! Donuts had good flavor, we got a dozen assorted, all were light and fluffy.

Went on 3/22/24. Tried three different kinds and will be back to try all of them! Great service! It seemed impossible to get non-generic doughnuts- but they do exist! Not since Mr. Crumbs doughnuts in Yucaipa closed about 20 years ago have I encountered exceptional doughnuts! Don't have them often so they need to be better than average. Highly recommend

Found this on Yelp when on way to the desert. A nice stop if you are looking for a good donut!
