Domino's

I order pizza from this Domino's all the time and my pizza is always delicious! Yes the delivery fee is ~$5, but if you don't want to pay that just pick it up. Convenience isn't free. I decided to go a review because my delivery driver, Mark, was one of the nicest pizza deliverer I've ever met. He had the biggest smile on his face and honestly it really brightened my day. Make sure to tip your delivery drivers.

This Domino's location is convenient if you are a UCR student or live nearby or wanted a quick bite while shopping at Food4Less. Parking is often easy to find, but difficult to navigate because of the tightness of the plaza and location of the entrances and exits.I commonly come here for carryout while using their online coupon for a $7.99 large, 3-topping pizza. While there isn't anything special - heck, it's an $8 pizza - the pizzas are always consistent, have some texture and thickness, and are a quick meal that can be picked up within 20-30 minutes. Change my mind, but at that price point, it's a little hard to beat.

The cashier was a little... I'll say too busy. My pizza box was right behind him with my name on it and even when I told him my name, he couldn't find it... until I pointed it out to him. Even though there weren't too many other orders, I guess he just got more so he forgot where mine was. I'll put it that way.The pizza was good. My toppings were nicely spaced out. So, I'll leave it at that.

Ordered two pizzas and Parmesan bites. Never delivered part of the order. Called and the person apologized and said they would send out (again) in 15 minutes. Never got here. Called again 2 hours later and the girl answering phones said they could refund, in cash, if I went to the store. I asked for a manager and the girl, who had previously said she was checking with a manager to see what could be done said SHE was the manager. When I asked for her name she hung up. Not going far in life with that skill set chica.

When I picked up my order, I had to remind them I had paid for extra ranch and 4 sodas not 2. I got home and realized they forgot the Caesar salad. When I called the store, the girl tells me I can drive back and I'll get one for free. Free??? I paid for it!! I told her I wasn't going to drive back and before I could ask for a refund, she very rudely snapped at me saying you'll get a refund and hanged up on me. By the way I am still waiting for the refund.

Ordered pizza and cheesy bread online for pick up. When I got there, the credit card machine wasn't working and could only take cash and I didn't have any on me. I asked what could be done and she just said you gotta pay cash. I understand that things break and don't always work. My problem was the way they handled it. No apology, no alternatives offered other than just pay cash. They just don't care. The girl working the counter looked so bored I thought she was going to fall asleep standing right there. If they don't care enough about their customers to least be polite and say sorry then I will just take my business elsewhere. There is no shortage of pizza places.

I had ordered for delivery at 3:15 but after 40 minutes they delivered to the wrong apartment. Then after another hour 20 they delivered it, but they forgot my soda and marinara sauce. Horrible service never coming back

I ordered a pizza the other day on the app and paid for it. When I arrived the store was closed and looked to not in working order. I was still charged on my card. I won't be coming back

Looking at past reviews, I'm so shocked because my experience yesterday was phenomenal! I ordered through the app and my food was delivered on time, exactly as I orders it, hot and fresh, perfect amount of cheese and sauce, Parmesan bites were soft, fresh and fully coated and they followed my instructions to a t! I've never had a pizza so hot when it arrived. The pizza has great texture it's not thin it's thick and similar to a more affordable Chicago style crust. My soda was freezing cold and they placed it on the porch table instead of the floor like some other delivery drivers. The app was accurate with the tracker so I got home right when it was delivered. I'mHappy and impressed and hope they continue this same level of customer service. Not to mention this was a Friday which is pizza prime time! I couldn't not give them a 5 star review. My only suggestion is to put more pepperoni and seal the food. A little sticker on each opening makes customers feel secure with safe secure food.

Dude i called dominoes and ask to pay with card and G said i needed to give him card number cvv and month of expiration dates immediately hung up that is soooooo wierd
