Domino's Pizza

This Dominos has been my go-to for the past 8 years, and I typically order pizza about twice a month. My kids love it here, so we've stuck with it. On Halloween, I ordered 4 pizzas and some wings online, an hour before pickup. The confirmation said it would take 9-15 minutes for pizza to be ready, but knowing it was a busy night, I arrived about 20 minutes later and sat in my car for another 25 minutes. At the store, I encountered a trainee who couldn't clearly explain why my estimated wait time was being extended another 1.5 hours beyond the already 45 minutes it took me to get there from work. When I tried to discuss this with a supervisor, I was simply told, "We go in order, and you'll have to wait." Further attempts to understand the discrepancy between the online estimate and actual wait time were dismissed without any explanation. I even asked, "Can I ask you a question" and she rolled her eyes and just sat there staring at me without saying a word. It was with the "I am waiting for you to say something" manner. Despite this experience, I'm leaving a 4-star review because of the countless good experiences before this. I've been in the service industry for over 20 years; I understand that off days happen, especially on something as hectic as Halloween.I hope this serves as a constructive note for the manager: a brief explanation can go a long way in maintaining customer loyalty during busy times. While I was waiting, I noticed other customers received their orders within 20 minutes, which added to my frustration. On top of all this, another customer walked in asking why weren't the phones being answered and the simple response was - we are busy and can't take calls. Thank you for the pizzas over the years. I just think a little understanding and communication can make a big difference, particularly when dealing with regular customers.

The only critique I have is about the ease of using the website. There was a great offer on pizza but it was only available if we order online. Why not by phone???However, the young lady working (2/27 Thursday night, at 9 pm) was WONDERFUL! Kind and sweet. She assisted me with the order. Great employees are an asset and they MUST BE PRAISED. She is the reason I will go back, and next time I will make sure to get her name. Despite the fact that online ordering was a bit complicated, she made the experience for an extremely tired worker mom amazing. Thank you!

I watched as a worker used his fingers to try and fix my pizza. It came out of the oven and he placed it on the circular stone, then didn't scrape it all off onto the box, so some of the crust fell off. He put the piece of crust back underneath the pizza then used his fingers to try and fix the toppings. They were already behind so I wasn't going to ask for another and the kids were hungry. Plus, the employees were not friendly at all, and ignored/skipped over me until I spoke up. When I got home I told my wife and she was completely disgusted and angry. We ended up not eating it all, complete waste.

I normally order pizza for I'm here on Friday nights. Service is not always great. I ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:40 . I live 3 mins away, but did not get the pizza to almost 8:30. It was cold. I called and the employee told me the "manager" was too busy to talk to me, however there is nothing they can do about delivering me cold food 1.5 hours later. First of all where is your customer service "Manager " you could have at least gotten on the phone and issued an apology. I wasn't asking for a free pizza but to deliver someones food and hour and a half later COLD and pretty much say oh well is crazy work. Also the garlic Parmesan wings look disgusting.

0/5 - Ironically, We really like Dominos pizza, but this location really needs to get their s-- together. Do NOT USE the Dominos app or website to place orders, the wait time is NOT CORRECT. The app will say wait time 8-13 mins, but when you get there they tell you could be another 45 mins AT LEAST, due to the large quantity of orders they receive. Lots of customers walking in/out very upset, without their pizza, and cancelling their orders.

Ordered on their site on a Thursday late afternoon for two large three-topping pizzas for their deal of $7.99 each. They also have two medium two-topping pizzas $5.99 each along with pasta and other items to choose from. Didn't take too long. I recalled ordering around New Year's holiday and that was around 2 hour wait. Taste: 3 stars. Satisfies hunger. Price: 4 stars. Pretty good deals if you take advantage of them. Location: 4 stars. Parking: plenty and free. In same plaza as 99 Cents Only store, gym (although this defeats the purpose of the workout), Tastea boba shop, donuts, sushi, El Pollo Loco...

We ordered the New York pizza the other day on line and the process was surprising easy and the pizza was great we will order again..

I ordered a pizza got delivered to the wrong address. I called the store to get an update. They had no idea about my order. The manager told me that he was going to remake the order and send it as soon as possible with the correct address as we confirm AGAIN the address. two hours later and never arrived. They delivered to wrong address AGAIN, I called the store poor communication with the manager and staff they offer me to refund my money in five business days. That's why please order from other pizza place.

Cooked perfectly with amazing flavor! Sorry for the missing piece I was hungry lol. This is a very busy and high demand location so depending on the time, wait times could be a little longer but it's well worth the wait. Nice friendly staff as well. Thank you for the amazing pizza especially after long hard day after work!

My pizza said it was delivered. Had to drive there to be told its going there now. No one would pick up a phone before I came here. I was told you are fk. It's coming.
