Dollar Tree

I am fully aware that when I go into a Dollar tree store I am not going into Bloomingdales. However, that does not give the staff there the right to treat people like crap (I hate using this word but that's how I felt) especially on Thanksgiving. Marcelina if you do not like working or working at Dollar tree then please quit. There needs to be better treatment of individuals no matter your economic background.

If you need to use restroom you are profiled by key keeper "Maricela"Cashier number #1! She will tell you that both bathrooms are out of order! At both bathrooms there is no sign indicating there is a problem. Pee outside the door maybe they will fix it.

If you want bad service this is the place for you. I've been to this store numerous times, and the service continues to get worse. At times there will be a dozen plus customers ready to check-out and only 1 register is open. Today the line had at least 12 customers waiting to check-out yet to one cashier. I took the easy way out, and left a shopping cart and walked out. There is at least 7 registers, yet 99% of the time only one register is open. Luckily there are other choices to purchase the junk they sell. TEMU has their items for sale for less than .25 cents. If your not in a hurry for their junk than waiting a week is not a bad option. Note: I have even knocked on the Managers door and made them aware of the line of customers waiting to checkout. Numerous times the manager will state: I will have another cashier assist. I should have asked if they were going to assist today, as nobody showed up.

I normally like this type of stores. For general tu of merchandise. But when it comes to foods we gotta be very careful. Bought some Hershey's chocolates. Expiration date says 6/21 opened the package and it's dried up and with mold. Very dangerous if you just give it to a kid. Can end up in the hospital with poisoning. Dollar tree you can do better than this

First thing employees are trained - never smile and be as rude as possible to customers. Employees were rude when asked for help, kept getting the run around just trying to find the bathroom, and everybody is apparently way to good for their jobs. I love dollar tree and this specific location always has the cutest little finds but don't come in here expecting good customer service because you won't get it.

I will admit this location is an eyesore which is why I deducted 1 star, but the staff has always been very friendly. I find the store to always be well stocked and organized, for a Dollar Tree. I purchased an online order that consisted of 8 cases and picked it up yesterday (09/22/17). The manager (Lyzza, I believe) assisted me and despite being side-tracked by register issues, she was very helpful. She even took the time to haul the cases to my car and help put them in my trunk. She could have easily checked me out at the register and gone back to her day, but took the time to help. Amazing customer service.

Definitely had gone down hill in the last year. Seems like they only employ 2 people a shift. Always a long line. Dirty store. Not very friendly staff. They have Boxes everywhere waiting to be stocked. Come on dollar tree you make money employ at least 4 people a shift.

i hope this is the dollar tree located in the same mall as stater brothersi want to give alex at the register his excellent props for excellent customer service. the freezer was out of ice and i questioned wen they would have some more and alex requested another person to the registers and went to the back and got me a bag. thank you alex for being a asset to your company

Buyer be aware on using an EBT card, debit card, credit card. Any card at this dollar tree. I was at this location on Saturday July 8 at 8:08am. The cashier on register 5 told me to be careful. It is a new system ( swipe cards) sometimes it acts up. Thinking nothing of it. All of remaining funds was swiped out from a card reader on register 5. I am a bus rider. When I found out was charges that was used 2 times at Walmart in Corona, twice at Target in Corona and once at Target in West Covina. I live in the western rubidoux area. I know who said it. What was done to me. So the next time the thief sips a drink and eat the food off of my expense. You wonder why you're feeling ill. It is called karma. Eventually you will get caught thief!

I was at the cashier and I payed my stuff with a ten dollar bill (straight out of the bank) and she tells me nope it's fake and takes it. so I said can i have it back to check it??? and she said no and called a person to take it to there office. Stole ten dollar from a kid not cool
