Dollar Tree

Love stopping in here for some cheap finds or anything that I may need. And you find some gems! I found crafts for the kids that are super cheap, cards are cheap and cute! And I love the seasonal decor they have available. The cashiers and employees are scarce but whatever. They are there and they do their best.

We go to the store on River Road in Norco. It's new and everyone who works there is really nice and professional. They have a cooler with ice cream and frozen foods as well. Some Dollar Trees don't.

I'm giving this dollar tree a 5 star because I approached Angel to help me find a vase and when he walked me to the isle he noticed that they were out of stock and offered to look in the back for me. This was the nicest worker at a dollar tree I've encountered! Please keep up the positive attitude Angel! Times are hard and no matter where you are it seems you make the best out of it.

i went in to exchange some unopened items I had bought from there with my original receipt. The manager Mario decided that I could only exchange 20 items per day! I had 26 items so I would have to come back the next day to exchange the other 6 items! Both him and the cashier Catherine were extremely rude and no where on the receipt does it state the number of items you can exchange per transaction. it's funny you can buy more than 20 items per transaction, there's no limit there! I was extremely disappointed in their customer service and have complained to the corporate office! They need to stand behind their return policy!

Possibly the rudest supervisor I have ever encountered. The lady Diana at the front was so sweet and helpful. The supervisor RUTHY came while ringing me up to be rude to her AND to me. She said "ay whatever you put at the top I'll take it". I asked her what she's talking about. The guy in front of me was trying to defend me and said that I didn't put anything at the top and he was confused too. I explained that I didn't do anything. She proceeded to raise her voice and say no give it to me I saw you. ( She was assuming I put something on the side as if I didn't want it.) I told her there was a nicer way to speak to customers when she has a badge that says MANAGEMENT. She rolled her eyes and told the guy (not me) that oh oops I thought there was something. I was in shock. No apology or anything for humiliating me. Disgusting. They need to hire better people and make Diana the manager instead. I will never come back to this location thanks to this horrible rude supervisor.

It's new, so it's very clean and organized. I keep seeing the same man who I believe is a manager going around hiding things up.

The store is nice . The cashier was friendly. Was very disappointed when I asked a worker breaking down boxes if I could have one for the 45 bags of peanuts I purchased. The gentleman said no he has to beak every box down even though he had one . He and another worker snickered as I walked away . I asked for a manager and cashier told me the unhelpful person I asked was the manager. What happened to friendly, helpful customer service.
