One star for being so close to home. Second star for the nice cashiers that rung me up at the register.

Definitely not the best Dollar Tree I've been to but I have no complaints either. I went in to browse aimlessly thinking I would at least grab an energy drink if nothing else. Left with some sweet treats, deodorant, and chapstick

Stop by dollar tree to pick up some items and check out what they had since I have never been to this location before. When I arrived the staff to greet me so that was nice but as I was shopping around the store there were items everywhere. They were in the area of where they should be but it was very messy and there are items on the floors. Also there were some intoxicated people who came in and had to make a ruckus, however after they left the staff members and cashier would not stop talking about how there was a "drunk person" who kept coming inside the store. And overly talking about "omg did you see that." This happened while I was waiting in line along with four or five other people. That being said we heard and saw everything that was happening but the cashier kept repeating it over and over quite loudly when she was helping out a customer. So that was a little bit agitating, but I get it kind of. Other than that I was able to find what I needed and some but took me a while since it wasn't super organized.

Today I visited Dollar Tree for some quick snacks for children for a family gathering. I came in and after I walked in another couple came in. There was one register open. I only grabbed 5 things and went to the register where the Manager named Todd was, he stated that he was closed. At this time the couple was walking around the store. An elderly lady went to Todd's line and he quickly told her that he was closed. After that a man with his child went to his line and he repeated that he was closed. The couple then went to Todd while there was a very long line on register 1. Todd told them he was closed. The man asked Todd if he could only help them with some balloons, Todd replied Yes. The couple started looked at the balloons all the while the line on register 1 grew in size. Todd then commenced to not only getting the balloons, he also began ringing up the couple's items on the register he had already told 3 other customers, was closed. I expressed my concern to the employee at register 1 and asked for the manager. I was thoroughly shocked when she replied that he was in fact the manager. Is this how Dollar Tree trains their managers to be? To treat elderly people in that fashion? After I had completed my purchase, I went to speak with Todd. He was mild mannered and professional. I stated that he could have at least helped the elderly lady. As a teacher, I teach my students that this is what is called being kind and courteousI voiced my concerns and he blatantly lied and stated that he had told the couple that he would help them BEFORE hand. However that was not the case. I heard the conversation. Dollar Tree needs to revisit its training practices if this is something that regularly occirs. I will also be contacting its corporate office.

Tessa needs to go! She was the manager on duty and wow, horrendous! She was ringing someone up and left! He was standing there waiting to pay, she left to start talking to an employee who had just gotten there. Then she finally finished ringing the guy who had been waiting and turns her light off, even though she had a huge line and tells us to go to the back of another line, because she had to go on break. Ridiculous

Dollar tree only gets 1 star from me because I hate the fact that ever time I shop there there's hardly any cashiers and if there's any they're not even friendly... always in a bad mood. There's good stuff there but there's always a long line!

where to begin... normally we take a little walk here with the littles because it's not far, obviously cheap, and the kids love going and picking a snack and it doesn't break the bank. Normally we've had good experiences here... however, this time around, not only was there a bunch of high school kids being super obnoxious ... I get it... they're in highschool... I was the same way. But it was pretty clear they were stealing... fine. We're in Cali... Laws don't exist anymore... but the person that worked there named CAT... had the worst language. I'm their with a 2yr old, a 4yr old and a 7yr old and she's is unboxing items at the register near the entrance, on her bluetooth earphones cursing up a storm. "This mutha@$#$%## didn't say hi to me" and " I ain't with that bull$#@#$ all these mother%^$#@ " and so on... I'm fully aware that the Dollar Tree isn't Tiffany's or even Vons... but a little restraint because you represent a business that has people shop their goes a LONG WAY... I get it... we all have bad days... but keep that language in the break room. I mean is it even professional to be on your phone while you're on the floor? Just not cool... I'll just spend the extra dollars next time and walk to Stater bros for now on. Management should definitely have a chat with Cat

Some employees are so rude and there's only one lady who is very kind. But they others are rude and need to learn how to speak to people, Like they want me to feel dumb just for a question.

I was referred to go shop at this Dollar Tree Store because it was clean, clean then any other Dollar Tree Stores around in the area. This store was the dirtiest, dirtiest store. Management must not know that a clean floor is one of the most importance key to a presentable store. Employees were talking on there phones about there party life. One employee just standing talking to the other employees . You would think rules before closing the store must be required. I will not ever return.

It's sad to write a 1 star review about a dollar store but I'm trying to find a way to help them improve The store is consistently a mess whenever we go and they seem to be out of a lot of items at various times The employees seem disengaged with the customer except a couple Last night there were 2 gossiping in the food section while only 1 cashier was handling the modest lineThose workers could have been cleaning restocking etc but I watched one walking around on her phone doing nothing the whole time we were there This location was very good at one point so I'm not sure what happened Oh well I'll still go because it's convenient but I won't expect much It just looks tired maybe corporate can come revive it
