Food: love the boba! I'm a bit sad that my favorite milk tea was seasonal so I can't order it anymore but overall love this boba place. Service: the service was great. The owner is super sweet and friendly. She made a lot of good recommendations for add ons and flavors! Ambiance: I think this place is the prettiest boba place I've been too. Aesthetically it's very clean and minimalist but gives a very earthy vibe! It has games on the table if you just want to hang out with friends or if you want to just study they also have WiFi!

I have literally been to fifteen or more Ding Tea locations all over Orange, LA, and Riverside counties. I always joke with them that I wish they had an extra large size drink. When I was taking care of my ill mother in this area late last year, I added this location to my long list of "visited Dings". I was pleasantly surprised that they DO have an extra large size, the only Ding I'm aware of that does. Their menu has Kumquat Orange on the menu but they were happy to make it a Kumquat Lemon too. I tried the orange version a few times but am hooked on the lemon. Great tasting drink with a ton of boba in an extra large size. I haven't been down this way in a while but I stopped by today. Unfortunately they are closed on Sundays. I'll definitely stop by for an extra large if I'm ever down this way again.

This is my first time here and I'll definitely be back! The Ambiance is so peaceful, I love the games available for family, kids, or a nice adult break. The service was friendly and my drink wonderful! I had the Strawberry Pineapple Greentea with Mango Popping Boba (I'm new to Boba but this experience will have me come back)

Stopped by for a quick drink as soon as I walked in felt great vibes!. They have chilling chairs not only for us adults but also for kids. They put out games for customers to enjoy & provide free wifi(to customers). There's a GORGEOUS giant flower on the wall with a bench in front cute for selfies!. I got my drink in less than 3mins. Staff members(only 2) were kind! Def recommend this Boba spot! (they also have prices for the extra/diff Boba/jellies listed on the screen)

If you haven't been here yet, you need to come!!Met up with my dear friend Cat for some Ding Tea tonight - so excited to have one in this area! Nice, clean and festive ambiance with wonderfully friendly staff. The teas were good as expected for a Ding Tea. The ube bubble waffle was tasty. But, the bacon bubble waffle with a drizzle of Nutella was da bomb! Each bubble had bacon, which makes me super happy! Def returning for more!

My wife and I have been eyeing this place ever since the sign "Ding Tea" went up in Yucaipa's newest food plaza. We love the Ding Tea in Loma Linda and this location is much closer to us. Ding Tea first originated in Taiwan, the birthplace of what we know as boba today. The interior was very nice and clean and cutely decorated with leaf and large grand opening balloons. The workers seemed very happy to be there and had a genuine smile when taking our orders. When we came in opening day, they had a special buy one get one free special. I went for my usual taro drink and a grapefruit tea. Was it as good as the other Ding Tea locations? Yes, the milky, rich smoothness of the milk tea was very delightful. This location will be sure to get more visits from us in the future.

Love the flavor! The boba is also good! Other places, not sure why the boba gives me a stomach ache, but definitely Not this one! Friendly staff. I wish they were open on Sundays as well.

After a delayed opening, Ding Tea is finally open in Yucaipa!Ding Tea is a popular chain based in Taiwan, where boba originated. The Yucaipa location is clean with a modern aesthetic, plenty of seating, and has a bright and open vibe. The drinks were fantastic, and we will definitely be back. Though Ding is not our favorite chain, it's solid and will warrant frequent return visits especially due to its prime location!

Really liked this boba spot and the owner who was always pleasant and we come in frequently however Very disappointed in the recent customer service interactions and especially today. Your rep was rude and unmannerly when giving us the boba it's happened a few times now. So we probably won't be back. Leaving this review because I truly believe this is not a reflection of the ownership and hopefully will be noted.
