Don't waste your money! Horrible food for the price!!! Unprofessional customer service. A girl picks up the phone, and I asked to speak to the manager, she hands the phone over to the manager, I explained to the manager, who we now know his name is Richard and explain to him that for $65 we paid for a brisket dinner and a brisket burger with cheese and barbecue sauce would come on the side.I get onto the phone and first I'm taking a back because Richard sounds like a girl and when I ask him his name, he said it was Richard. Well OK I'm not here to judge. His voice is his voice when I explained to him that we had to throw the food away Because the brisket was dry no flavor horrible no taste whatsoever. He explains to me that he made the brisket and it's not dry at all. So I asked Richard oh, you ate my lunch with me so you tasted that brisket and knew it wasn't dry but I as a customer, paying customer For two meals paid $65 tells you it's dry. How can you accommodate me? He proceeds to say well in a Beavis and Butthead voice. I can refund you your cheese. Period. Dude, is this a comedy show? Are you kidding me, get out of here. I then proceeded to ask Richard, who is the owner of the spot. He hesitated he thought for a minute and at that point, I knew he was gonna give me a bogus name and number, but I said go ahead and give it to me what is his name, oh his name is Perry And the telephone number Richard I asked gives me a number. I wait a few minutes because I'm at work and I'm taking other calls so I call and of course on two attempts it just goes straight to voicemail. That's what I thought it's not the real owner's name or number. So if the owner sees this, just know that you have unprofessional untrained staff working for you and representing your restaurant. I will never ever go to this place again , It was one of my worst places to spend my hard earned money .By all means, don't let my experience be your experience, waste your money if you like, but for the amount that was paid, we didn't get the service or the food we paid for . The portions were mediocre and the flavor of the food was not up to par . Blanket even either bbq sauce .like I said, give it a try if you'd like I wouldn't. I'm just giving you a heads up. You're better off going to Taco Bell. At least you get more food for the buck and there flavor! For the owner of this restaurant, I don't know what advice I could suggest other than retrain new staff because the staff representing you is doing a horrible job cooking and representing your establishment.

Came to this place on a Saturday evening a little after 7 pm and were told they ran out of brisket.Before I proceed, I just want yo mention that since the moment we entered, we felt a little unwelcome, the energy in there was heavy. Two girls were working, the one with the colored hair was sweet but shy but the other girl looked angry and almost bothered that we walked in.After we got our food to go we said "Thank you" and this girl just went like ...whatever..just leave.After stepping out, even my kids mentioned how uncomfortable that lady made them feel. We felt sorry for the girl with the colored hair as she has to work with the one with the horrible attitude. The energy in that place was so bad, we decided to take our food to go.People with attitude shouldn't be working this kind of job.

I dont even know if what I got even qualifies as BBQ. I knew the kind of experience i was going to get when the "Texas toast" was just thick white bread and untoasted. Ordered the ribs and had more bones and fat with minimal meat. Brisket was terrible and again mostly fat. I wouldnt even feed this mess to my dog. Staff was nice so nothing against them, but DIckeys and Barbecue should never be mentioned in the same name. Spent over 40 dollars for slop that ended up in the trash. Would be 1 star if the staff wasn't polite.

I'd received an email with a meat plate meals, buy one, get one free when you order online. What I received didn't look like what I ordered. When I arrived and the place was empty. I was disappointed to pay $22 per plate for 1 rib, dry slices of chicken and sliced brisket. Barbecue sauce didn't help much. It wasn't worth the price or time I took to get it.

We arrived for lunch at opening. The food was not fresh. We watched him open up the meat wrapped in Plastic and heat it up. It was the worst experience. The food was made the day before. Not fresh. The chicken was do dry. We will never eat here again. I got so sick. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

This place is terrible. Mainly because of the incompetence of the workers. I have been 3 times and every single time they have either forgot multiple items or just got the order completely wrong. They have terrible attitudes and clearly have no pride in the work they are doing or how they present themselves. I will never come here again. I suggest you don't waist your money here either. The food is also mid at best.

Hadn't been to Dickey's in a while so I decided to do a catering order for a gathering. Ordered the big yellow box which came with pulled pork, beef brisket, 1 tray of toast, 3 sides of potato salad, 3 sides of baked beans, 3 sides of coleslaw, a side of bbq sauce, a side of raw onions and a side of pickles. Also added an extra 3lb tray of brisket and a tray of Mac and cheese.The brisket was pretty solid not the greatest but has a solid char and some nice fatty parts to it. I think if it wasn't chopped so fine and left in slabs it would be better but still not bad. The pulled pork was a bit on the dry side but still had some good flavor, the Mac and cheese was good. My son loved it! The beans were a little too sweet for my liking but when you separated them from the sauce they were good. I must say the coleslaw was great I usually don't like coleslaw but this one was good! Only complaint would be to not cut the brisket so small and to give more bbq sauce!Overall I would go back, I mean considering the price you can't go wrong. Better than I remembered!

Found literal plastic in my meat . I had to pluck it out. Customer service was not there. Stood around for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Going to be hung up on that one plastic thing for a while. Lost my appetite and threw away my food.

This place was very dirty. The ice tray from the soda machine had food in the bottom. We ordered and they were out of items. My wife ordered the 6 piece wings and they didn't have about 4 or 5 of the sauces ordered. Then he called me back after I paid and said he only had 5 wings and if she wanted another side to accommodate. As we sat down all the tables were dirty and the floor was nasty. I ordered to dine in but asked for our food to go. This was the first time I felt uncomfortable with the food. We actually walked out and gave our food to a homeless man who was outside. A wasted $40 for nothing.
