My wife and I at this location about one month ago for breakfast. Bad experience, we had to ask our server numerous times for water and then sugar. Additionally, not once did the server check on us. Upon paying at the register, I mentioned our experience to the manager but he had no reaction. Last Saturday we gave it another chance. Big mistake! My wife's eggs were under cooked and nasty. I ordered the Cali Taco Skillet, which comes with avocado. When I received my skillet I had to remove the avocado because it mushy and had rotten spots all over. I brought it up to the server and brought me another but was rotten as well. To keep a long story short...avoid this place, I know we will. Service is awful and the manager doesn't seem to care. No more will we be coming to this location!!!

Came here with my mom last Monday, were seated right away. It took so long for anyone to come get our orders and for our orders to come! Although it wasn't busy at all. My mom got the all slam breakfast, she liked the eggs and the french toast, but the sausages were really nasty, it had one herb that was just so strong in flavor. I got the skillet that has potatoes with scrambled eggs and salsa verde, it was bland and I was only able to eat it with tapatio sauce.

Walked in and so glad I got the waitress that has been working here for years. She is so kind and friendly! The food came out better than what I had several months ago. She is very attentive and makes sure you are happy with your food.

I have to say that all Denny's have the same food. But the food here just tastes different delicious & yummy. Prices are great with a discount menu. Customer service is amazing Yessy served us an amazing service. Restaurant clean not like other Denny's I've been too. Also it's not close. I was just in this morning & it's up and running. It's a Denny's you must go.

Beware of this location!!! They are not only thief's but idiots. They added a tip when I put not too when I asked for the tip back that was placed online that I removed cause why would I tip if they did nothing. They told me they can't and I had to call online and kept pointing to the receipt. I not only had to ask them twice and they went to the back and to the front still pointing the receipt with it showing my number and the only other number was the location. I asked them so what the number for the third time and the girl just lied and said I would call the number on the screen of my order online. There's no number for the money a refund. How does it take 3 girls chatting in the back and still no answer. Also they didn't give us toast on both skillets.

The first thing is the place is always freezing. Even the waitress's wear jackets and beanies to stay warm. Because they are short staffed all of time, the wait is always long to get a table. There are always a lot of tables, just no waitress. Many times when you walk in, no one even acknowledges you, there is no one at the register, people are waiting to pay and waiting to get a table. They really could use someone that knows how to give good customer service to run the place. The food is usually very good, but it is so cold in the place your food gets cold really fast. We would go more often(we use to go every week when visiting parents) if the place wasn't so cold that you have to wear a jacket in there and if you could get service a little faster. We love Denny's but the Norco one is are least favorite.

Terrible. Walked in last night with my family ( a group of 3) and was told by the manager to wait. No problem. Mind you there were plenty of tables open. 10 or 15 minutes later we were told it would only be a while longer. No problem. Then a group of 4 walked in and were seated immidiately. Excuse me? No. Big problem there. Never again will I becoming here even though I told my self that in the past as the service is always slow and the manager only has one cook going at a time. Terrible service and horrendous manager. Great way to run a buisness into the ground.
