Amazing service! Salsa is so delicious!!! Chips are fresh and crunchy! Food is authentic Mexican.Bottled beers. No draft. The atmosphere is quiet but family friendly. Albondigas on point.Love there.

This past Saturday I went to Delgado's and had breakfast I had Chicken Fried Steak, Eggs, Potatoes and Slices of Tomatoes. Excellent food, service and very clean. My wife and I go to Delgado's and we tell a lot of people about Delgado's. It's worth the trip.

I loved my order of scrambled eggs with Ortega chilies, sliced tomatoes, flour tortillas and potatoes. Yummy! You have to try it. We love Hector and his family. We feel at home every time we come.

Cute little restaurant I've had on my list to check out since last year when we moved here. Recently we have been on the hunt for the best Chile relleno and I think I've found it! Clean restaurant and we were greeted by who I'm assuming was the owner right away. He was very friendly and gave us fresh made chips and salsa. The salsa was yummy. I got a Jamaica and it was excellent. The Chile relleno was so good and so was the beans and rice. My husband got the crunchy tacos and they looked amazing. We will be coming back often! The restaurant is located between a small market and laundromat. Parking was relatively easy to find since we arrived right after the lunch rush. The outside of the restaurant looks unassuming; however, when entering you are warmly greeted and advised to feel free to choose your own table. When sitting down, chips and salsa are placed right in front of us. The chips are freshly made and it pairs well with the red salsa. The salsa is mild with a slight kick. Looking around while sipping our drinks and eating the chips and salsa, we noticed the decorations. We found out that the decorations were given by people who came by for a meal. It shows how much this place is loved by the people who come by for a warm meal. We ordered #1 Huevos Rancheros, Carne Asada plate, #6 Enchilada and Taco with shredded beef. Due to intolerance to dairy and gluten, #6 was ordered with corn tortilla and no cheese which they were really accommodating. The prices were extremely reasonable. The food was so delicious that we ordered another plate to go. And days after, I'm still thinking of the beans, chips, salsa, and what to order the next time we come by.

The food was delicious, the service was great! This is the most authentic Mexican food I've had in years. I love it. I definitely recommend any one who likes Mexican food to go to Delgados.

Our families favorite restaurant in town. We have had many family birthday dinners here, and also have had them cater some events. All of the food here is delicious, and Hector and everyone there is always so inviting and wonderful. It's like visiting our old friends when we go.Service is always great, we never wait long even with big groups. The restaurant has a very nice feeling of being at home, eating in your own kitchen. You can't go wrong with anything you order here, but our top favorites are the enchiladas, chile relleno, chili Colorado, tamales, and chili verde. Of course the salsa is the best as well!

Another great find of amazing & authentic Mexican food very similar to the art "Chicano Style " I say "Chicano style " because this restaurant was very similar to the food I ate growing up in southern Colorado 4th generation and how my family prepared their Mexican food . The meal started with a choice of Albondigas soup which came very quickly and was seasoned to perfection. I just wished they gave you 2 meatballs except only 1 . II ordered ground beef enchiladas smothered with red Chile and beans & rice . The chips and salsa perfect for an appetizer with the salsa being just right . . We also ordered cheese enchiladas smothered in red chili sauce . Both entrees very good , capped off with cold Micheladas and Modelo Negro .

Yelp! does it again! This place lived up to all its great reviews. The food was delicious and at such a fair price, but the obvious difference here was the family run feeling. The service couldn't have been any better. They were attentive and accommodating. We are already looking forward to our return trip! *note: the shredded beef burrito, wet with green sauce was amazing, but I dove in before taking a picture - highly recommend!
