I don't know if it is new renovation, which looks amazing btw or what but I was compelled to write a review. Just got out of the drive through and have to say the service is still great and the food was where it's at. It was hot, fresh and delicious! My snack taco was my favorite, usually I get the taco special where I give one to each of my dogs and have one for myself. The taco always is lackluster but today man oh man it was fresh shell, and stacked with cheese, it was so good I turned down the wrong street heading home

Ordered 2 quesadillas and a chili cheese fry. The chili cheese fries were cold and the quesadillas had very little cheese, were cold and hard.

I love me some DT. I had to try the birria ramen, but it wasn't worth the 5.79. But I do admire the innovation, 2 stars. My Del taco was bomb, 4 stars. The bald older gent at the front seemed stressed out and condescending, he could've had a bad morning. Hope the rest of his day is better.

Ii ordered the new taco salad for 9 dollars and change. I got lettuce,cheese,tomatoes, a little bag of crunched up doritos,some dressing and a cup of hot chili? Am I supposed to pour hot chili on my cold salad? I didn't get it. Weird and definitely not worth almost ten dollars

Genuinely disappointing that chicken nachos which cost more came coated in subpar taco meat. This is the third time our order has been wrong. We even tried secular orders just to make sure it wasn't too long of a list. Bring back the real staff, pay them better and drop these til tok weirdos that can't read. Seriously this was a really good deal taco

I just left this del Taco destination after watching the manager, Jeff, mistreat his customers. While waiting in line I witnessed a postal worker trying to work out a problem with the manager who could not have behaved in a more Callous or indifferent manner. The postal worker was explaining to the manager that they had made an error in his order that he had made over the del Taco app. The manager was completely unmoved by the customers dilemma and refused to help. While the manager admitted that there has been an error, he blamed it on the app and said that there was nothing he would do about it. Again, he reviewed the customers phone, admitted that the customer had been shorted but still refused to offer any solution. Instead, he said that "that was his problem" and would have to contact the people who are in charge of the app. I then confronted the manager (Jeff) and told him "man to man, that was kind of an asshole move". I told him that he was the manager and should have offered to make things right and complete the man's order correctly and as paid for through the app. The manager then became irate with me and told me he didn't want my business either. The manager had two really good chances to resolve this problem but failed at both opportunities. First he could have given the postal worker his correct order, as it was ordered (and paid for), and then again when confronted by me he could have been a real man and taken accountability and fixed things. Instead, he chose to escalate things and stubbornly offended both customers. The postal worker thanked me on my way out for standing up for him, and the other customers clapped and cheered me for confronting the manager.While I'm sure the manager has his own version, I think it is fair to glean from the reaction of the other customers where the truth lies. Some people don't belong in customer service jobs. I won't eat there again.By the way, I'm next door at the jack in the box. It turns out it's just as easy to spend my money here as it is at del taco!

It's really sad that I will only go to Del Taco if a certain woman is working because she will actually take my order. If anyone else is working, it's a waste of time because I will go at 4 AM and be refused service, even though their drive-through is 24 hours, and when I go, they will say they're not taking orders at this time. I understand that you have your state mandated breaks but wouldn't it be smarter to take these breaks at separate times so your coworker can take my order and earn your store money? But no, you're just turning away customers. Honestly, it makes me wonder if I should really eat at Del taco if Taco Bell is right down the street and they never give me any problems. I don't want to be a "Karen" but it's annoying when a drive through says 24 hours and you pull up and they're not taking orders or answering.
