Del Taco

Avoid this Del Taco! I ordered a spicy chicken burrito and it was pretty much all beans. If I had wanted a bean burrito, I would have ordered that. I have never had such a nasty burrito from Del Taco. The burrito was oozing beans and hardly any chicken or rice. They over did it with the green sauce too. I was so disappointed, I couldn't finish my food and had to throw it away. It was a waste of 6 dollars. The drive thru is weird too. The service was too fast and while that can be good, they put together a crappy bean burrito. There are better options nearby but I was in a hurry. Next time I recommend you go somewhere else.

I wished I had read the reviews before coming to this Del Taco located on University Ave. My first instinct was to walk out when I saw the untidy kitchen. It looked in disarray and unclean. I only had 30 minutes for lunch, so I took a chance on 2 stuffed chicken quesadilla tacos. When I saw the tacos, they looked pretty good. After biting into it, I felt something hard that I bit into and saw these black charred pieces in my food. I opened the other taco and saw the same thing. I decided to take it to the front desk and let them know about it. The woman who worked the counter offered to make them over again. I declined and just asked for French fries. The fries were hot & delicious. I definitely will not eat at this Del Taco again. I give it a 1 star just because the woman gave me large fries for the bad tacos. Eat here at your own risk.

Ordered a large fry, coke and cheesecake bites. Fries are undercooked and still kinda mushy hard inside, the coke tastes like carbonated water and the cheesecake bites were hard as hell on the outside almost if they were refried to be reheated. Trash. $14 for nothing.

Great place to come if you need a Helsinki Withdrawal Syndrome fix. Really love the High School drama vibe the cahsier gave my wife, too. I'm all about being lied to and not having coupons accepted for no reason, too.They care about your heart health too, it seems! Must be why food isn't seasoned at all. They also love your elderly grandma because the vegetables are all a wet mush to protect your nan's teeth. My wife's small fry had, and I counted because it was possible at a glance: a whole 11 fries. I can tell they were concerned for her cholesterol intake!Boy howdy I gotta say the service was absolutely what I would expect from a Gulag!Oh wait, it's not supposed to be like that? Huh... interesting.

First of all I want to talk about when I walked in, the music was so loud I almost walked right back out. I planned on eating in, but ended up taking it to go, and eating in my vehicle. The stuffed grilled chicken tacos were good, fries were good, the soda machine seamed like it needed cleaned? It wasn't spitting out the syrup and carbonation evenly. I but it tastes ok. was scared to drink my drink. The service wasn't the best, they workers left me standing at the counter for some time before they came and took my order, which I had to practically scream for them to hear me due to the music being so loud. Also ordered a large queso loaded carne asada nachos, the carne asada wasn't very tasty, the chips were stale or something not very edible. Ended up using fries instead.

I just went through the drive thru. The young lady had me repeat my order three times, and each time she repeated it wrong. Don't hire stoners. Won't be back.

Never had an issue here! Always good! It's not quite the same as when the Rolls Royce guy owned it, but their burritos are consistently good!

It absolutely smells when you come in here. Waited 30 mins for 3 items . Avoid going here.

Just by the look of these tortillas, i knew they weren't done... I took one bit of the Birria Taco, and the tortillas aren't even done. I've been to a few locations, and this one is the worst. I paid for a meal that I had to recook at home. What kind of service is this...sloppy and lazy service. Never again will I spend my money at this location. $20.97 wasted yesterday evening.

Pulled up to drive thru. No greeting. Five minutes in my fiance says hello and the rude ass yells "MINUTE". Car in front of me finally starts leaving but we notice they didn't even get anything from window. We go to leave and pull up to window and not a worker in sight. Worst fast food experience ever. And I've had a few bad ones. Literally nobody there no sign up worker was rude as hell yelling g at me telling me "minute" we will never go back here and neither will our entire following of family and friends. Guys really need to evaluate whoever is working in 4/21/24 at 1:15pm cuz he needs to be let go for just being rude as hell. He could have give. Me some kind of excuse or even been a little nicer and maybe I wouldn't even care but now I'm sitting here ten minutes late to my sons football game and we're are all still hungry. You're the worst.
