One of the worst Del tacos I have ever been to there was four of us in the car. We placed our order. It was read back correctly, but when we got our food, it was wrong when I told the lady the food was wrong and we were missing stuff from our order. She then told us she didn't hear us order that even though she read it back correctly. And it took sometime to get our order.

Last time I'm going to this place second time getting my order wrong then they argue about it. They just don't give a shit. She need to get fire !!! Trash as customer service. A 5mims order that take 20mins. Wait of time.

Very inefficient. Ordered ahead on mobile app. Got to restaurant, there were 3 cars in drive-thru. No curbside. Parked and walked in, they were closed for dine-in. Was about 12 minutes after 8:00 p.m. Someone left so the door opened. They said they were closed. I said I have a mobile app order. They said I had to go wait in the drive through line. Wait was VERY long because people were placing their orders. So my order ahead was useless and defeated the purpose of ordering ahead of time to save time. Lesson learned. Don't go there after 8:00 pm or risk getting stuck in their one-lane drive-thru. Many other times, they've asked me to reverse and pull up to the pick-up window again (think it's a recorded time thing). Also, parking spot was very dangerous as there was no concrete curb except two metal spikes sticking up. Hopefully corporate puts in place some changes for a more positive experience for customers.

All I gotta day is BEYOND MEAT TACOS!!!!!!!!!!!Can you tell I'm a little bit excited? Lol These tacos are any vegetarians dream. And also a pretty tasty alternative for you carnivores. I bet you won't be able to taste the difference... Yes that was a challenge. Try them and give me your feedback! Anyway I was stoked to try the new beyond meat tacos that came out today at various locations. This location happens to be open 24/7 so I arrived on my lunch break at 3:30am in the morning. They offer two beyond meat taco options: the Beyond Taco which is basically the same as The Del but faux meat(faux meat, cheese- this is real dairy cheese folks, lettuce, and tomato); the other option is the Avocado Beyond Taco (faux meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado). So one is vegetarian friendly while the other is vegan friendly. Heck yesssssss! Finally alternatives for plant based people who care about animals and the planet. Thank you Del taco!Just a side note on this location- They are open 24/7 which is boss. If you come here late at night, beware of the surroundings. The area is not the best and lots of homeless in the nearby area. The food is always great and they manage to make some bomb Beyond tacos so I can look past the sketchy neighborhood Lol

The service here is absolute sh!t!!! I ordered four value, soft tacos, chili cheese, fry, one Del taco, and one quesadilla. Lady reads everything back to me correctly I get to the window and she forgets to put the quesadilla in the order so I had to pay again. Then my tacos are wrong! Then the chili cheese fry was burnt . Then she tells me to pull back around to get the quesadilla! Mind you there's 9 cars in line!!! Like no that is ridiculous. The she puts 3 hot sauce packets for all the food I got!! Like this place is a F-ing joke the staff is lazy food was disgusting to top it off DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Steer clear of this location. Full of druggies blocking the sidewalk and door. You're literally stepping over them to get inside. Once inside....it's very dirty. I'm very glad I walked out the back door and drove away. Kinda weird that the owners of this location allow it to be so unsightly and allow all the creepers just hanging out using drugs in front of the restaurant in the middle of the day. Im sure they're harmless, but, I'll skip this spot next time.

Just left the freaky one on Arlington. This is much better. However their new kiosks suck. It doesn't let you use coupons so the staff has to come over anyhow?? Staff is very nice and helpful

Came today for dinner, and the employees were really rude and disrespectful. I like coming to this location because it is closer but based on today's interaction I don't think I will be coming back. The food is good but the way I was treated today made the food just not taste any good. The employees need to talk better to customers. I understand having a bad day but still wasn't fair. If I can give it zero stars I would.

Wanted a breakfast burrito from Del Taco. From what I remember they were good. I got the #21 breakfast burrito meal. The burrito came with the cheese not melted and a blob of bacon in one area. The hash brown sticks were as hard as a rock and basically just oil. Close to $9 for that?! It's too early in the morning to serve crap food. I think the best part of my meal was the simply orange, orange juice that thankfully doesn't come from a machine. The young girl at the window was nice and polite, but that doesn't count for the food. Yuk! Super disappointed. And honestly, I feel like these reviews don't change anything for places like this!
