I like Del Taco but coming here was such a disappointment. The pregnant girl that works here had long acrylic nails prepping food with her bare hands and no gloves. She touched a million different things then touched the tacos with her bare hands and dipped her nails into the cheese when picking it up. Cross contamination to the fullest. If your gonna have acrylics on at work you need to be mindful that acrylics contain a lot of bacteria under the nails regardless that you wash your hands. Be mindful and use food handling gloves, it's your job. Don't be nasty and careless.

Would not honor local promos received in mail that are unexpired. Ordered a Cali bacon with no other protein, but bacon and received a burrito with no bacon just fries, sour cream and cheese.

This now my 3rd time they messed up my order now. The supervisor didn't even apologize about there messing up, and seemed a bit rude when giving me my item they didn't bag in the beginning.

This is one of the only fast food places I frequent. I like their food and it's far less expensive than other restaurants. I will usually get chicken tacos or other tacos, etc. Came here Tuesday night for dinner after work and it was so crowded. I've never seen a place so crowded. I ordered 3 tacos (tuesday special), cheese quesadilla & nachos from the under $2 menu. The tacos & quesadilla were fine, no issues there. The nachos were gross, it was beans, cheese, & green sauce. Disliked the sauce, just not my cup of tea. I would skip the nachos next time. I also wonder if it's faster to go inside and order.

I never write reviews but I am extemely upset at my experience here .Not only did I wait 30 mins to order and get my food but once I received it I got 2 watered down cokes and 2 shakes watered down so bad that bubbles were coming out from the top and to add I was missing fries . I called the store to notify them and they didn't answer and just disconnected the phone. DONT COME HERE if you don't wanna get your night ruined.
