DCH Roasters

The flavor of the coffee is really good. I will go into Kaiser just to pick up some canned cold brews and get an iced soy sugar free mocha to go. They have lots of options for coffee drinks on there menu and some treats and other stuff too.

DCH Roasters is a small coffee shop, housed inside of Kaiser Medical building. I got an iced coffee with 2 shots of espresso, black. It was good. Hailee the barista was pleasant and was happy to answer my questions. I actually came here looking for roasted beans because they were listed as a roastery on yelp, I left without roasted beans. Hailee let me know that they can sell me beans but I need to order them online where they are shipped from their warehouse to the coffee shop.

The barista named, Marrissa, in my opinion, needs to take a customer service refresher course. Several times, I have encountered her at the Kaiser Clinic in Corona and all encounters have ended in a disappointed way. I've been treated with NO acknowledgement, NO thank you's, and NO smiles. I'm wondering why this young chic is still even there if she obviously dislikes her job? If I'm going spend $10 plus on two cups of coffee, then I think a little TLC effort should be placed by the barista.DCH makes great coffe, but please figure out your employee at the Kaiser Kellog site! I know the staff at the Magnolia site and may I recommend her go spend some time over there and get retrained on their customer service. They got it down!

I love stopping here after my appointments. There's always a good treat. The coffee is tasty, not too weak and not too sugary, pure perfection. I was surprised with my order this last time. Super nice lady making your coffee.

I wasn't expecting anything great initially when deciding to get a coffee after my doctor's appointment, but I'm so glad I did! Haylee was one of the friendliest faces I had seen that day and truly made my day so much better! The blended chai she made me was so good, I find myself looking forward to the next time I have to stop in!

If I could give 6 stars I would! Haylee is the kindest and friendliest person at this establishment! I'm so horrible at making decisions and she sat and listened to me and help me figure out the perfect drink for me. The iced mocha was delicious and the highlight of my day.

Good but more expensive than Starbucks. And when I mean more expensive I mean $.65 extra for them to put whip cream on! The cups are the same size. Stick with Starbucks. They charge the same price and have excellent service and waiting areas.
