D'Elia's Grinders

I'd rather give NO stars!!!!We just spent almost $40 for 2-12" subs. Drove from MoVal to University too.I was appalled at the lack of quality meats that were used. The meat was the THINNEST slice I even thought possibe!! I could barely tell what the meat was by taste & it was kind of slimy I asked for the 3 meat sub. I got my 3 meats...3 TINY slices of meat! I asked for mayo & got mayby 1 TB that was on one side of the 12" roll! I will NEVER recommend this place & will certainly never go there again!!

I just moved back to Riverside after being away for 15 years and I was soooo excited to have D'Elia's back in my life. But I've been super disappointed the last 2 times I've been. The bread and toppings are still as delicious as ever but there is literally NO MEAT. It came with 1 slice of each protein. And it was $14The staff was friendly but the food is just not the same. I can get a massive sandwich for $14 with double the meat at Stater Bros. Sure the bread won't be the same, but can't have a good sandwich without the protein. My family has been Delia's fans for YEARS and I'm bummed I won't get to become a regular here now that I'm back. please bring the meat portions back up!!

Sandwich was pretty good. The service was great! Ordered online and it was ready in 10 minutes. The store was very clean and well put together.

I love D'Elia's! I do not live in Riverside anymore but try to get D'Elia's when I am in town. I called ahead and the food was ready save for the fries that they wanted to be hot and fresh. I loved that! The shop is little but clean, even the bathroom.

Delia's is always great! My grandson and I like to have our lunch dates here! Staff is always so friendly and place is clean!

Service was excellent the young lady taking my order was very helpful and fully knowledgeable of her inventory. She gave advice for the mood I was in and suggested a few subs which might satisfy my palate.

The portion of bread and the service was friendly, but I couldn't like this place much otherwise. It's a plain location with a small seating area and a soda fountain. The sandwich is just okay and it's not really affordable. Your best bet is splitting a large with someone and it's probably still worth it. It is a lot of bread and not enough filling imho. It's fine, but I won't be back.

The young man who helped me was very welcoming smiled and said thank you. The food was great as always . My family's favorite place. We have been going to Delia's sense I was a little girl and I now have 4 grandchildren of my own can't beat it.

GREAT!!!The bread was as I remembered it 60 years ago.Sooo good.The kids inside were courteous and friendly. The shop was clean and well organized.Overall a terrific experience.
