So they catered the Claremont High School graduation dinner and there was an older African american lady server who was so rude to people getting food. Looked like she was forced to work. She was serving the appetizers and main course. Some gray hair on the aide of her hair. The other servers though were very courteous and friendly. She ruins it for everyone.

After fundraising for 4 years we finally put on Claremont High School's Grad Night and I can't stress enough how amazing Cutting Edge Catering was from beginning to end. Jeremy, Angel, Molly, and the entire team were phenomenal to work with. From menu planning (keeping all of our dietary restrictions in mind and making sure there was something for everyone) to execution, this catering team delivered delicious food and service to over 850 people that evening.. and still had enough energy and staff to feed the 300+ graduates at another location later on at 2 in the morning. We are so fortunate to have found them! Can't wait to work with you all again!

We used Cutting Edge Catering for our wedding in February of 2022 and couldn't be happier. They did EVERYTHING in their power to make sure the day was perfect and we'll be forever grateful. We ran into sooo many hiccups with everything throughout the planning process (planning from out of state during a pandemic), but not with Cutting Edge! They were always ready to jump in and help whenever we needed them and we felt really lucky to have them on our team. The appetizers were awesome and dinner was delicious. We had guests telling us how good the food was all night! The staff made sure we had a drink in our hands at all times and actually got to eat our meal. They recommended some of our other vendors (and COMPLETELY) saved the day. Jeremy had a ton of recommendations and were thrilled. Not only was the food great, the staff on it, and the drinks strong -- they were also super affordable. I met with at least 20 caterers and they rose above the rest without a doubt (on all fronts). Highly recommend for your wedding! Would choose them again without question.

We had cutting edge catering conduct are holiday party today. We give them a 5 star professional, hard workers and food and service was amazing. Will definitely use again.

My fiancé and I were considering this caterer for our wedding and did two separate menu tastings. We went with another caterer as my fiancé is Indian and we ultimately went with a family friend to cater our wedding. However, I would 100% recommend Cutting Edge based on their level of service and quality of food. Jessica and Jeremy were very responsive to all of our questions via email. They also went above and beyond to make adjustments to our second tasting. Their food is also super tasty. I still think about the red skin mashed potatoes from the tasting when I'm hungry!

I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about Cutting Edge catering! They recently catered our wedding and not only did they provide AMAZING food, much better than any I have ever had at a wedding, but the staff was also professional, personable, efficient, and all around wonderful! Throughout the entire experience with Cutting Edge, from initial contact and planning (which was last minute as our previous caterer had to back out) to set-up and serving at the wedding, they made the process easy and seamless, and it is clear that they really know what they are doing. Our wedding was in Big Bear in January and the night before it was expected to snow. Cutting Edge actually rented a 4-wheel drive vehicle for their staff in case it was needed and booked them accommodations on the mountain for the night before our wedding to make sure that they were able to make it to the wedding. In fact, some of our vendors had to back out last minute due to the weather, but Cutting Edge went above and beyond by planning ahead to ensure that they would be able to make it. They had already given us a wonderful deal on the price of our wedding package, so honestly I can't imagine that they made very much off of our wedding! THIS IS PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Regardless of their profit margins they did what they needed to to make our wedding happen and I cannot thank them enough for this. After the wedding, the staff packed up all of the leftovers for us and created a beautiful charcuterie board for my husband and I to enjoy after the festivities. As if this all wasn't enough, they also gave us a wonderful little gift bag with thoughtful items (chapstick because of the cold weather, chocolates, and even a Starbucks gift card)!With the weather, last minute changes, and putting this whole thing together in a short timeline, we were beyond impressed with Cutting Edge Catering! I could not possibly recommend them more highly!

I'm confused because this company has a lot of positive reviews so when booking them I had a sense of relief bc I thought I'd be taken care of. I got married early this month & let me say that their staff was '5/5 stars' on the day of the event. However, this review is based on how Jeremy handled the issue that occurred.He has terrible customer service & comes off condescending & rude. To start, We hired this company close to a year before the event & the only time they reached out was for us to sign the contract & to start the deposit / payments. Moving forward, I was the one to have to reach out to get the ball rolling for the bar menu & details etc. Mind you this was a Month before our wedding & I had requested a meeting in person or over FaceTime a long while ago. The venue actually had really good things to say about him & how we would be in great communication so I'm still wondering what the heck happened not only with communication but the attitude. (The venue also only had 2 bar services to pick from, i think they should add more options)All our payments were complete so when he sent me an email saying that we had one more payment my heart dropped bc we had just been in communication when I sent the last payment (it is not cheap!), turns out he was a little unorganized & didn't realize we had paid. Not a huge deal but when planning a wedding, you are already so stressed that you should not have to Reach out to them or be told you haven't paid. Unprofessional. He & the venue approved for us to rent a keg to serve beer to our Friends & family. Come the day of, they were pouring it foamy bc they did not keep it cold over night. He basically blamed me for their wrong doing & even went as far as saying that he never approved the keg (when I have emails of him approving it ) When expressing to him over a phone call all my concerns he never once apologized for anything & just wrote me & my family off, calling them liars after I had explained a small incident at the bar the night of. We had to return the FULL keg to BevMo & were not refunded the $200 it cost for the beer they were not able to pour. Honestly, I wasn't too upset about it because I thought i would just reach out, explain to him what happened and he would resolve it & possibly reimburse us. Or at the minimum be nice and apologize!Nope. I was met with hostility & emails just pointing the finger at me. ME, the bride who literally was busy getting married. He said he would meet me half way and not "invoice me the rest of the tips that were due to his bartenders" (he made this up) & after asking what he was talking about & to show me where in the contract it said that he completely moved on to blaming something else on the keg fail. My husband & I actually walked up to the bartenders at the end of the night to tip them & they told us that they did very good on their tips (they had a tip jar & venmo QR code) & that they wouldn't accept our cash. What trips me out is that in the contract it says that they will not walk away from a problem...let's just say he broke the contract P.s. Gabby the bar manager was great! If we were put into contact with her sooner, it would have made a world of difference. I wonder if there aren't more reviews like this since it was so damn draining dealing with a business owner who does not have his customers in mind. Anyways, I hope that if you book them that he turns his attitude around & gives you the service you deserve-- & actually resolves issues, should you have them.

We used Cutting Edge Catering for our wedding in October 2024 and had an excellent experience! Jessica, Angel, and Jeremy were extraordinarily helpful in every regard, from sending multiple quote options; making adjustments as we tweaked our menu; and generally being responsive to any questions we had. Our guests really enjoyed the food-- especially the spinach artichoke dip (which we knew would be a hit, having tried it at our tasting months prior)! I would absolutely use Cutting Edge Catering again!

We cannot say enough great things about Cutting Edge and are so thankful we hired them as our wedding caterer. They were listed as a "preferred vendor" at our venue and, after an intro phone call with Jessica, my husband and I quickly knew they were the team we wanted to go with. She was so helpful from the start, answering all of our questions, and made us feel really comfortable with the services and flexibility they offered. On top of that, their prices are incredibly reasonable. Throughout the coming months, Jessica, Jeremy, and Angel were great about communicating with us. The tasting was one of our favorite memories from being engaged - such a fun experience (in the most gorgeous venue!) and we were all completely blown away by the food. The hardest part was narrowing down what we wanted to include on our menu... Fast forward to the wedding, where the entire staff knocked it out of the park. Our guests raved about the food, service, and presentation, and it was such a relief to know the Cutting Edge team had everything taken care of. One guest even told us they mistakenly assumed a waiter was on our wedding planner's team because he was just that helpful and knowledgeable! Talk about someone going above and beyond at their job.It's very clear that Cutting Edge cares about its clients and will do whatever they can to make your "catering dreams" come true. We're so grateful to the entire team and hope we have a chance to work with them again in the future. Thank you, Cutting Edge, for all you did to make our wedding day amazing!

Just got back from a beautiful Celebration of Life for Cindy McMillan. The reception was catered by you and everything was absolutely amazing. Presentation, tasty food and courteous servers. Will definitely keep you in mind for one of my future events,
