I loved this beautiful store. The home decor and plants were gorgeous, and the customer service was exceptional. To my surprise, I revisited the store to buy a few potted plants and found it was closed and no longer there. I was so sad to see it went out of business. Another one of my favorite stores, Covid, took a toll on ! They will be missed!!

I really wanted to like this store, but the experience I had (and many others) makes me sad. I love supporting small businesses, whether it be coffee shops, mom and pop auto repair etc. I walked into this store on a Saturday looking for air plants for my house. I saw their little air plant station but their inventory was lacking, so I walked to the counter and asked for some assistance. The blonde lady at the counter, Tracy informed me that those were the only air plants that were available, with the exception of the air plants that come with their hanging holder. She said if I found a plant in the holder I am more than welcome to 'swap it out' and she would replace it with another air plant.I found a cute air plant (harrissi) that would fit perfectly in a holder I already have at home. I went back to the counter to ask her how much it was, and she replied "Oh gosh! I don't know, I can't look it up in the system because its part of the air plant holder" OK then why did you tell me you could swap it out if you really can't? Now I have worked in retail and SOME but not all can find a way to sell without messing up the inventory. I let her know I wouldn't want to mess up her inventory if that was the case. She then said she would sell it to me and she didn't care if it set the inventory off. She said she didn't know how much to sell it for, that was her problem. So I stood there waiting for her decision and she pulls some random ass price and said "I'll sell it for 15 bucks" I was totally put off because all of the other air plants range from 6-10 bucks. She was trying to sell this one plant that was in a planter for $15 bucks, and if I were to buy the planter and the air plant together it would be $21.I guess my whole reason for writing this is she was well aware of how much her air plants run for, but she decided she wanted to upcharge at her convenience. By the way, I purchased the same air plant in Tustin for $6.99 and it came with a fertilizer spray.

Today I walked in, browsed for a minute, and then was approached by an employee who was not wearing a mask. I looked around and not only did she not have one on, but the owner and a woman she was having a meeting with also did not. I promptly put down what I was going to purchase and left. Ridiculous this shop can't even follow the bare minimum of California guidelines. I won't be coming back.

Adorable shop! I live in Temecula, and would drive all the way to Corona just to go to this store! I'd suggest this place is you are looking for finishing touches, especially for your kitchen, plants, or an unique gift.

I love this cute shop! I've purchased many plants and decor from here that I adore and get compliments on all the time. I purchased a pot here that I later seen on Studio McGee, it was ten dollars less at cursive. Plus no shipping fee! The prices may be a little high on some items but worth it for how unique they are. Everyone I have dealt with is very kind and attentive. Tracy has never been unpleasant & during the pandemic lockdown she offered great customer service for curbside pickup. It was so convenient for Mother's Day! I miss the Anthropologie that used to be at Dos Lagos and now Nordstrom at Tyler Mall is gone; I hope this shop finds lots of support and is able to stick around for a long time! I love it!

Obsessed with this store! Period! I love love love buying these here! The staff is epic and the decor is amazing!! I want it all!

Got the cutest plants here today and the girls were so nice and helpful! They have the best selection of home items, and gifts. I only peeked in the baby section but it all look adorable. This is my go-to place for houseplants though. Their selection is beautifully curated and I always leave with 2-3. Owner is very friendly and helpful as well. All the girls know their stuff when it comes to plants and how to take care of them.

Cursive is this cute little curated shop that sells plants and artisan/small batch stuff like bath salts, candles, and honey. And other home goods. Super cute to walk around and see things you wouldn't normally find elsewhere. I have shopped there since they opened a few years ago and even ordered from them during the first lockdown, spending a small fortune on Mother's Day presents. Well, they have lost my business for good. I walked in today and out of 7-8 employees, only one was wearing a mask. The lack of regard for the community is disappointing. Hello, we are in the middle of a pandemic. I'm sure they will not suffer for this since this is Riverside County, after all. But you've lost one customer for good! Peace!

I have to agree with the few reviews about the middle aged, blonde lady and her negative energy. She BUMPED INTO ME... I said "pardon me"... and she kept on walking. Mmmmmkay? Meh I just brushed it off. Bc this lady looked like a ticking bomb... ready to explode. As I'm scouting through this cute, trendy plant store... a young worker asked if I needed help and was very friendly and helpful. Letting me know their plants shipment etc. Then I saw the same blonde lady instructing this young worker about her job duties. Guess she's her boss. So she excused herself and went to do as she was told by the older, blonde lady. This polite younger worker can teach her boss a few lesson on people skills. Stick that older, blonde lady back in inventory so doesn't have to show her sour face to the world. She can ruin your holiday by just her presence... so I would not come back even though they have cute stuff.I love supporting small business but poor customer service from management isn't worth supporting. You can FIND PLENTY of these cute places in OC/LA for a portion of the price. And with nicer management. I shall not return.
