It has been awhile since I reviewed this local gem. This evening we enjoyed the small bowl of fragrant and delicious lentil soup as a starter, followed by samosas, a creamy potato and peas mixture inside a crunchy crust. Definitely try the accompanying chutneys, the green is spicy and the dark red is sweet. I could have called it a night after that feast but our entree of lamb korma was delivered with the accompanying rice and order of garlic naan. I love the mildly spicy korma sauce, which is nicely mopped up with the naan. Take away containers, please! It is a gem and you should make plans to stop by, you will not be disappointed.

THE BEST INDIAN FOOD ANYWHERE. There, I said it!!We always start the foundation of any meal here with Butter Chicken, Veggie Korma, and Cheese Garlic Naan, then go from there. Mushroom Matter, Bhartha (eggplant), Chana Masala (chickpeas), Fish Curry, Chilli Fish, Fish Tikka Masala, Malai Kofta, Vindaloo, and Samosas are all my personal faves and I've tried just about everything here. Their Chai tea can be hit or miss. Wish they nailed it every time. I also wish they catered my wedding!

This place has quickly become our "go-to" spot for Indian food (after errands or Costco visits). The staff is friendly every time we visit and there are always customers dining in during our visits around 3-4pm. Have not yet tried dining-in at the restaurant, so this review is limited to pickup experience- which lately has been a snack (Chai and Veggie Samosas.) The Chai is perfectly spiced and comes out steaming HOT (unlike the lukewarm drinks from Sbux), so be warned! Recommend cooling off to taste :)Samosas are delicious fried, potatoes inside are seasoned well and fluffy. The best part is the mint and tamarind chutney which gives it the perfect tang and herbiness for freshness. We were pleasantly surprised with the curries also. The saag paneer was memorable in size and taste. It came in a large sized container (twice what I imagined) and seasoning was on point- not too salty nor was it too bland, it was the perfect bite. The chicken tikka masala came in a similarly sized container to our surprise. This was my partner's favorite dish of the night as the sauce paired perfectly with the garlic naan and the chicken was nice and tender. The ambiance was cozy and inviting. The walls are light blue/teal colored, and reminded me of Central America where I grew up. Can't wait to have a dine-in experience next time!

Curry and Kebab deserves alllll the praise!! We found this place through a friend- in his words, this is his "favorite restaurant EVER!" Since our first visit, we fell in love and it's on my top 5 list too!The warm lentil soup is the perfect appetizer- sadly it doesn't come with your meal if you order to-go. Either way, I make sure I always have my fix when I visit. (9/10)The garlic cheese naan is the only kind my bf will order here. Perfectly executed and wish more places offered this variation. My only problem is that it's a kinda heavy pairing with the curries we order. I give it an (8.5/10) but my bf would say otherwise (10/10).The two suggestions we got for curry was the chicken makhani or chicken tikka masala. BOTH solid (10/10) I wish these were healthy bc I'd be coming here weekly lol. The chicken is SO so SO tender and the flavors are mouth watering!!Service is always friendly and quick. Servings are plenty for sharing. Thank you Curry & Kabab, we love u!!

It is our second time eating here. We still love the food. Sorry we forgot about the order names. My husband ordered something with chicken with bones. I ordered lamb with rice. Both of them are so delicious! Also we had garlic naan. Still so good. We will come back again (this time hopefully sooner than wait too long. Our first time was like 7 years ago. We kicked ourselves for waiting too long to come back!)

First Indian restaurant where I truly enjoyed the food! The food was flavorful, fresh, and authentically Indian. The daal was light and delicious, and the Mixed Tandoori Platter with Rice was generous enough for four, with leftovers to take home. The garlic naan (4 cut into 16 pieces) paired perfectly with the creamy, spicy paneer tikka masala. Fresh, hot desserts were the perfect finish. 10/10 for the food! The restaurant is small with a traditional dhaba-style vibe (traditional roadside restaurants in India). While the building is older, everything was clean, and the staff was attentive and helpful. Limited seating, but no wait time. A must-visit for quality Indian food in Riverside/Moreno Valley!

Even the Garlic Naan and Hummus were really good! The service is welcoming, helpful and patient!! (We asked a lot if questions) The restaurant is really nice. Great for a date night or a family gathering! We have tried a few things and I have posted the pics of our favs! Definitely try it!!!

Absolutely love this place! I would come often while attending UCR, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots. The staff is always welcoming and efficient. The restaurant is consistently bustling with people, especially around dinner time. There's usually a steady takeout line that runs through the middle of the restaurant. The menu offers a wide range of delicious options. Call me basic but my go-to favorites are the lamb biryani and paneer tikka masala. d( ´ u` d )The lamb biryani is full of bold, aromatic spices, and the lamb is extremely tender. The paneer tikka masala, with its creamy, rich sauce, always hits the spot. Getting the garlic naan is a must to go with your dishes. One of the best things about this place is the portion sizes. They're generous enough to share, making it perfect for a group meal with friends. (easy on the wallet ( ´u`") )

The food was okay. But the place was dirty. There was a dirty mop and a live cockroach in the bathroom.
