Crumbl - Menifee

Kudos to the crew working tonight, 09/07! Showed up around 7 to fulfill the wife's all day craving. Arrived to find a packed store, with a couple people outside who quickly informed me that they weren't currently taking orders due to a severe backlog (they were getting crushed for some reason). I placed an online order for pick up at 8, an hour later, since going back home with no churro cookie would have meant a butt chewing and another night on the couch! As I was waiting, it thinned out faster than I thought (they hustled!) and they began taking orders again. I asked one of the young men if I could transfer my online order to the waiting list. To my surprise I had my order in 2 minutes! Even under the stress of monumental orders and barrage of people asking when they can order, all the employees were super friendly and all smiles!!! And the cookies were amazing as usual....... :)

crumbl is a mess. apparently they had a buy 6 for the price of 4 special on 9/25 which led to a complete disaster of somewhere around 60-70 people outside of their establishment on a random wednesday night. a lot of people were there for over an hour either waiting for pick up orders or to be let in by queue to place an order at the counter. it was absurd. people were upset and one man even went so far as to let himself in to the shop while there was a queue going and despite being told by an employee to wait outside. i saw him arguing with one of the employees and getting in her face, saying really rude and disrespectful things. i guess cookies will bring the worst out of people. the employees were doing the best they could but i imagine they were overwhelmed by the situation. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES. they deserve extra pay for having to deal with that bs! and to have local police/security get involved in order to tame and control the crowd... i mean, don't offer a deal if your system isn't equipped to handle the orders that come in. i placed my order before getting there, not knowing what a mess it was going to be, but i was "lucky" to get my order after 40 minutes of waiting outside. i got 2 choco chip cookies and they had definitely sat around for a while, were not fresh or warm but hey at least i didn't have to stand there all night or come back the next day for them...40 minutes for two cookies and the cookie did not taste good.still i tried to come back the next day to give them another chance, however when i went to place a pick up order this time all the cookies showed up as "sold out" ... is it really worth all the hype ? i don't know and maybe i never will know .

We walked into a chaotic store (something happened with their pumpkin cookie) & people were in a long line to return and/or complain. however we could see Dakota was so helpful and so patient, and she got through the long line fairly quickly! Of course the chocolate chip cookies were perfection and the service was even better! Didn't affect our dessert night whatsoever ! (:

Cookies and service are always great!Their cookies are always fresh and ready to serve. Their flavors change weekly so be sure to check their social media pages for which flavors are available that week. There's never a line when I come and it doesn't take long for them to get my cookies.- Cannoli: 4/5 - filling is nice but wish there were more chocolate chips- Cookies & Cream: 5/5 - delicious flavorThe shop is quite small but very clean. The prices are all the same at all locations and the workers were really nice. It's located at The Marketplace so there's plenty of parking. Be sure to stop by!

Ladies were super sweet and helpful cookies amazing as always. Super easy to go in and order and the store clean !

I don't understand the hype of these cookies. They are gross and super sugary. Not to mention each cookie is around 750 calories!!! WTH. They give me a stomach ache and hurt my teeth. My kids didn't even want them and they love sweets. That's saying something. We do eat super healthy though and make everything from scratch so maybe that's why we can taste all the artificial ingredients and it's just nasty. These cookies are super bad for you, full of horrible ingredients. stay away.

The cookies are the best I've ever had. Nobody can make cookies like they do. They need to figure out how to take care of their customer orders a little better. I like the fact that you can watch what the employees are doing.

Always good and on time with the order pick up! This is our go to Crumbl and always love the new flavors.
