You know...I didn't like the products I chose but that's my own issue...but the customer service was great. I wish I got his name but who ever worked tonight and two nights ago really worked with me and I really appreciate the accommodation. Thank you for being so understanding.

Phil was a really cool guy. He wanted me to take a hit to make sure that it was working and if it didn't, he would replace it for a new one. Definitely coming back again.

Ok so for a last min stop I wasn't expecting to get such good service. Super honest and helpful. Can't wait to come back n and get a bigger piece.

Philemon provided a warm welcome to a newcomer to the world of cigars. I told him it was a special occasion, I wished to smoke some fine cigars with my visiting father in law. My family was making tamelas. He asked, some basic questions about my prior experience with cigars and recommended some choices available to me. I am writing the review the next day after we smoked the cigars. I was pleased Philemon's recommendations were trustworthy.

charged me $8 in tax on a $21 vape came out to $30 then swore up and down that's how much taxes cost

I would highly suggest choosing a different smoke shop. Customer service is terrible , everything is overpriced,and the quality of the tobacco products are absolutely terrible. This store should be put out of businesses.

Sold me junk just to get rid of it. This place is super expensive, they have a horrible selection of everything. I would not recommend going here. I asked for their best disposable and they gave me junk. Not a fan and I won't be back.

Went in 3 weeks ago asking for certain brand of cigarettes. The gentleman said he had to ask manager if they could be ordered. Called 2 days and the person just said they don't carry.
