Crispy Chicken Kitchen

Amazing and fresh shrimp and chips!I stopped by around 8:30pm looking for a snack before heading home. The parking in the area was a bit hard since the lot was full so I ended up parking on the street. The service was great and I waited about 15 minutes with about 2 bigger parties ahead of me.I got the 5 piece shrimp and chips and it was absolutely delicious! The fries were fresh and super crispy and the shrimp was great as well. The price was around $8.95 after tax and I would say that it's honestly a pretty good deal considering the prices now.I will definitely come back and try their other items!

Crispy Chicken Kitchen seemed to have pretty decent reviews yet many reviews commented on the time it took to get their food. Good quality seemed not to be the issue. CCK is a nice little place that has, from my experience, relatively decent service and appears clean and maintained. I ordered the 4 piece chicken (dark meat/mild) and 6 piece jumbo shrimp. Apparently they didn't have the smaller shrimp but I was okay with that. Their ice machine was broken and waiting on repair however that was no deal breaker since I typically order my drinks with no ice. I was told when I ordered that it would take about 20 minutes. There were two separate people waiting on their order when I arrived and one walk in who apparently ordered by phone. With all that it took about 25 minutes for my order to come out. I took it to go since I was less than 10 minutes away. I liked that the gal left the lid open on the to go container. Initially I was goi g to close it and then I realized she left it open intentionally, so everything would stay crispy. And it did. When I got home and dig in everything was as I hoped. The chicken was still crispy, warm, juicy, with flavor. Same for the shrimp. And the fries also kept their crisp. Everything was as good as I had hoped, no disappointment here. And the garlic sauce was pretty good as well. I knew there could be a wait for the order but I am completely cool with that. It just means my meal isn't sitting under a heat lamp waiting to be ordered and served. They cook my meal when I order, that to me is something worth waiting for. If you want fast food, go to a fast food place. Now, I did read some people sharing they waited 50+ minutes for two chicken sandwiches, that is a mighty long time. I just did not have that experience. I think the 25 minutes I waited was reasonable, especially since I was extremely happy with the meal. And heck, some headphones and watching something I am streaming made the time pass quickly. It was worth the wait I will be back!The last thing I will add is I did not try any of the sides. I did read some mix reviews and I will try some next time. For now I can say the regular fries are yummy. As always, your mileage may vary.

The chicken was the best tasting Fried Chicken I have personally had, next to an authentic southern fried chicken. The sides were good too, we had fried zucchini, Mac n cheese, and Cole slaw.The slaw was so good, and freshThis little gem has my vote. I will be going there again, when I want fried chicken.

The food was really good! I got the 3 piece chicken tenders and a side of Mac and Cheese. The chicken tenders were so good and crispy. The mac and cheese was good as well!The service was great, the person working at the register was very polite and attentive. I put 4 stars because it was extremely hot inside the restaurant. I'm not sure if the AC went out inside, but it was unbearably hot. It was 110 degrees today in Corona so walking into the restaurant with no AC was a little unpleasant. Other than it being really hot inside, it was good!

Was craving fried chicken for the longest time and finally gave in. I got it not spicy and it was still delicious and flavorful. Love all the sauce options. The Garlic/hot sauce combo was good. It came out freshly fried and made to order. It's an unassuming restaurant with a few tables and chairs i got it to go as was most people coming in. And it was halal on top of it all.

So where do I start! I've had this place bookmarked on Yelp for awhile now. Since I wasn't too far from it, I decided to try it. I ordered the chicken and shrimp combo, which I thought was $12.99, but was charged $13.86 for it, because I paid with a card. Their menu should reflect card prices, and give a discount if paying with cash. It was 3 people that came in after me, and none of them paid with cash. As my food was being prepared, I asked the cashier, what kind of sauces do they have. She points to the end of the counter and says, "I made a sign over there". It's not what she said, but HOW she said it. One customer came in and as he was in the middle of placing his order, the phone rang. The cashier just picked up the phone while the man was ordering! Didn't say anything like, "Can you give me a second, pardon me..." Nothing. The man just looked at her and put his hand on his hip, as though he was irritated. I would have been irritated too! I'm in the middle of ordering and someone just picks up the phone while I'm talking and in mid sentence. Anyhow, the chicken was good and fresh and the shrimp were a nice size. Now I can cross them off, my "Places To Try" list.

Literally BEST fried chicken I have had in a verrrrrry long time. Definitely the best I have had anywhere near the Corona vicinity and beyond. Could this be the best fried chicken in Corona? From what I have experienced in the last 20 years being around this neighborhood...YES. Definitely needs a sign that says BEST FRIED CHICKEN IN TOWN! This little hidden gem needs to be discovered by many more people. Delicious food Clean Great Service Everything we ordered tasted home made and the chicken pieces are big. My little kids are picky eaters and usually pick off the skin when they eat chicken...well my daughter was eating all of her chicken skin and all screaming "I LOVE CHICKEN!" TIPS:1. Order ahead of time. Give yourself at least 20 minutes. The chicken is freshly cooked to order. This isn't Mikey D's. Good food takes time to make.2. When you get there you will find that its located in the same building as the dairy drive through place. If you accidentally go in the dairy...drive through the back and make a left into the parking lot.3. When you get your chicken...Leave the box cracked open!! You don't want the steam to make your crispy chicken soggy. 4. Sauces are included with your purchase and they have lots of options. Don't forget to grab a few if you like some extra zing. The chicken doesn't need it because is so amazing but sometimes you want to be a little extra .5. Stop reading this review and go get you some chicken. Tell all your family and friends about it. They will THANK YOU! Restaurant owner... You need more advertising/marketing/ and or coupons to get more people in your door! There's no reason why you shouldn't have a line of people out the door. I wanna start by saying this is probably the best fried chicken spot in the IE . I Would not consider it a fast food place considering that they make everything fresh on the spot which is amazing . I usually call to make an order and i'm always satisfied with my order . I see that they leave the food packages open to ensure when you pick up your order it's not soggy and I appreciate that very much . The people who work in the front are very kind people and I'm very happy i found this place . If you want real good fresh fried chicken i'd definitely recommend this place over any other food spot . Can't wait to try more stuff that they have ! And if you're picky the menu is packed with all kinds of foods so I definitely recommend coming here with your family and enjoying the food !!
