These guys are awesome. Great food, real cowboys and loads of fun! They cook right there on-site over real oak hard wood!

Hiring Drake and his amazing team to cater our wedding was the best decision we made for our wedding! The food was spectacular and almost every single one of our guests let us know! We also hired Drake as our officiant and he was impeccable in his delivery of our ceremony. He is the kind of guy who makes you feel so comfortable and very at ease. He knows what he is doing when it comes to catering and I highly recommend hiring his company.

Attended a friends birthday party which they catered! The ribs were fantastic! The staff was really nice and everything was on time! Macaroni and cheese was yummy too!

We used Cowboy West Productions to cater my graduation party last night and the experience and atmosphere they provided was beyond our highest expectations.Regarding the services provided, the staff arrived on-time and they worked hard in the heat to create the best party possible. The staff not only cooked and served on-site but went the extra mile and cleared plates as guests were finishing them--it was so nice not having to worry about cleaning up the mess or clearing off tables which truly helped us enjoy the party that much more. When the party drew to an end the staff cleaned up the site to look just as it had upon arrival without disturbing the flow of the party. They packaged our leftovers and we have been enjoying them since! I can't say enough about the quality of service we received--Cowboy West Productions truly goes above and beyond the rest.Our menu for the event included tri tip, chicken, salad, potato salad, corn on the cob, and cowboy rolls. Initially we were reluctant to order the chicken but we are SO glad we did. The chicken was insanely moist and flavorful!! The tri tip and sides were also phenomenal. Cowboy is very flexible with creating a menu that best serves your party's needs. All of our guests left happy after getting seconds or thirds :)Overall Cowboy provides a great price, amazing service and an unbeatable atmosphere! Thank you Cowboy West for making my event top notch!!!!

These guys are a joke. They did not cater the event I was at so I cannot speak on their food, but the other "services" they offer are ridiculous. I figured they were there there to lend a hand, be warm to the guests, show people around etc. They were rude to guests, aggressive with male guests almost antagonistic, and insulting.I brought my husband in to the bridal suite to fill up his coat pockets with my phone lipstick etc, (sine I was IN the wedding) he used the restroom while in there and the cowboy who scolded me for letting him in said my husband probably gets his nails done too if he couldn't handle the outside restrooms. Super rude for no reason, I truly hope I never attend an event where these guys are present.

I've had the opportunity to attend several events catered/hosted by Cowboy West Productions. They are top notch, and the BBQ is fantastic. These are real cowboys, who understand the cowboy lifestyle, including your word being your bond and providing the best possible service. On top of that, they are just great all-around guys. I had the chance to attend their free Christmas dinner, held at Mavericks in Norco on Christmas day. The guys of Cowboy West volunteered their time to help the less fortunate. They showed up in the early morning hours, set up the grills and wound up cooking close to 400lbs of Turkey and Ham, plus all the fixings. These guys worked tirelessly to provide free meals to about 400 people, as well as providing a Santa Claus and reaching out to their contacts in the community to provide gifts for over 100 kids. All of this was done for free and on a day when they could have been spending time with their families. I am proud to call them my go-to catering company for any future events. They are more than just great BBQ; they are the full western experience. I would highly recommend them.
