Covina Hills Ranch

It's a really beautiful location for a party. We attended an outdoor event there and the space had 2 shaded sections for the tables and a middle section for the dance floor. 3 different food vendors were able to set up near the back and a bar. They also had a pretty large grassy area, nice for the kids to run around during the late evening event. I would have given this place a 5 star, but maybe if I had attended during the winter. This area is so hot and there is a definite necessity for some air ventilation. Even though we were seated in the shade, it was just so hot, I brought my own fan just in case and I was so thankful for it. There were 2 air conditioners set up, but there needed to be way more. Overall, a beautiful venue.

Got married here 4-1-23 and it was truly amazing. Gabriela is the coordinator and was also our photographer. Gabriela is the best, she handled communication with most of the vendors, but it was such an easy process and not once were we overwhelmed. Our wedding planning process was stress free! We truly can't thank Gabriela enough. It was our dream wedding! I must also say that we stayed pretty much within our budget and everyone complimented how beautiful the venue is and that they enjoyed our wedding! The owner Sergio was very nice to us and our guests. We were also able to bring in taco/hot dog truck to the venue and the owner was extremely accommodating! Thank you again Gabriela!!

I highly recommend This place for any events, we recently had our Wedding and this venue made it amazing! Honestly this a beautiful place, but it's not worth renting the owner Sergio is too much. He's going to be on you all night up and harassing your vendors. Everything bothers him and I don't know why he rents it out if he gets bother by everything everyone does. ALL HIS YELP REVIEWS ARE HERE FOR REASON BELIEVE ME.

@ Gabriela L - I live next door Not in AZUSA - and again I the whole experience is A nuisance yesterday and the day before there was a highway patrol outside of the house because they were filming they have parties all the time loud music and my bedroom faces the home and as of right now it's almost 9 o'clock on a Friday night and I hear trucks going back-and-forth from my bedroom- my Dad is Jesse - so yes I have met Sergio

I attended an event here and it was awful. It looks nice at first but its cheap because it's in the middle of a residential neighborhood and the neighbors complain about the noise until the police come repeatedly. Must suck as a neighbor, but also for anyone paying for this place.

THE BEST VENUE EVER! 100% book this place ! I had my sweet 16 here, such a beautiful place, with an amazing coordinator. loved the photographer!!!

Most of the reviews you see are fake I went to a wedding no problems except that the bathrooms are so different the women have an actual bathroom while the men have a urinal and toilet seat ( I did not go in the women's bathroom a friend told me) overall I give it a 4 * review

Visited this estate for a sweet 16th, and let me tell you how terrible this venue is! The only good thing i can say about this venue is you do feel like you're in Miami or somewhere tropical with the abundance of palm trees! But now to the negatives. It was a hot day and there were no fans or air conditioning anywhere to be found! The women's bathroom had no paper towels to dry your hands. The parking area is full of gravel so walking was a challenge and no lighting provided in the parking area so get your flashlights out! Don't waste your money!
