CORT Furniture Outlet

Hubby and I purchased several pieces of furniture from this store in November of 2023 and are thoroughly happy with each of them. I appreciate that they sell both new and second-hand pieces (we bought both).We worked with Juan, who was pleasant and highly informative and knowledgeable. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. We roamed around the store, taking our time and looking at everything until we were ready to commit. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a furniture store. They were extremely accommodating with prices, switching out pieces in a set, and delivery times and dates. I hope they continue with their wonderful customer service and great furniture deals. We will be buying from them again.

I purchased a dining table and a buffet the week of Thanksgiving and told them I wanted it by Wednesday so we would have it for our family dinner. Juan helped us and ordered it and set up the delivery. He was very helpful and let us look at all of the selections before we decided on our dining set he helped us. We love it! When the delivery service set it up we discovered a defect in the table and then quite a few others. The delivery service said that they would contact Cort to let them know of the defects. When I called Juan on Friday they hadn't given him the report. Juan was very accommodating and let us know he would call the manufacturer and take care of it. He called me back on Sunday to let me know that he had talked to them and ordered the new table and would let me know when it would be delivered. He followed up again as promised and said we would have it delivered by tomorrow. I'm planning to buy my couch there next! Awesome furniture store and Juan is the best

My son who is 10 years old needed a Dressor so we searched on Amazon for hours and hours and nothing but bad reviews on any Dressor under 500$. Made of cheap particle board. I didn't want to spend 1500$ on any dressers I saw. So my wife and 2 boys and I headed to CORT furniture outlet in corona. We walked in looked around and the last one I saw, I was "like this could be the one. It had a price tag of 349.00 and compared to other same quality were 500$. MYRA came right over and had the best smile on her face and was there to help. There were none left but the display. It had a minor flaw where a tiny piece of wood was missing but not really noticeable unless you looked really hard. My wife asked if we could get some type of discount and she came back and said they could let it go for 199$. I was like " pack it up and we outta here, lol" Everyone at CORT were so helpful and nothing but smiles. It is so hard to find people these days that are so helpful and are great at customer service. Most businesses don't try to help these days and make it seem like your inconveniencing them to do their job so they can get back to their social media. So Myra Rameriz I give you a 10plus. You have a great Christmas and thanks for making our experience so great. Definitely recommend CORT furniture in Corona, CA.

My experience at CORT Furniture was absolutely fantastic. Have you ever heard the statement: 'Nothing haunts us like the things we didn't buy'? I had visited CORT 3-4 times eyeing the perfect console table for my living room, but never quite pulled the trigger. Lucky for me, this piece waited around until I came to my senses and purchased it yesterday evening. Also, what a steal! After doing my research I found this exact stand on Wayfair for $600, and purchased it at CORT for $399 - no this isn't a Marshalls commercial. CORT is an awesome spot for discount finds, and great customer service. Each of the sales reps give you space to browse without the traditional cling. The store does offer delivery, but unfortunately I didn't get the price since I enlisted my father and his truck to help instead.

Came here for a chest and was told that some products were used as displays and may have a couple dents in them. I received my product wrapped up and when my husband unwrapped it to put it upstairs, we saw this huge hole and were stunned at how the warehouse put tape over the huge hole like no one was going to notice. I did give this company 3 stars because the employee was very helpful. I was just disappointed in how the warehouse can give products like this to people. I would have at least marked the price down a lot but the employee gave us another chest instead. Before leaving the facility, make sure your item is in good condition because it's such a hassle to bring everything back.

This is my first time in this furniture store and I was quite impressed with all the varieties of styles and colors. The prices were definitely reasonable if not excellent. I love to do staging and decorating and I definitely found a new place to go. I especially loved Mira the sales person who was kind and courteous and her manager one also came to help and show me more styles. Thank you so very much and I happily went home with a darling little accent chair for my office desk and some backyard greenery to show off my patio furniture

Bought a couch and plant here and wow the price and service was AMAZING best prices in the IE and Maira was so helpful! I work right across the street and just got an apartment so it was meant to be! Highly recommend!

From beginning to end Juan was an amazing salesperson. He was attentive but not pushy. The store was clean and organized nicely. We love our chair purchase and it was a great value. We will definitely return when we need additional furniture.

I have bought two different furniture sets here in the past and sent a lot of friends over to this business for furniture referrals. I even came in another time for another set in May for my daughter but she didn't find what she was looking for. Juan helped us all three times and even last time we don't buy anything he was so helpful showing my daughter catalogs he can order from. He didn't pressure us or make us feel like we were wasting his time. If I could give him 5 stars, I would...for his effort, professionalism, and welcoming nature!!Unfortunately this negative review is for the manager, Lee O. I came in recently for a new living room set and Juan wasn't there. I was greeted by the manager and another salesman. I looked around and then asked about a specific couch and loveseat. He answered my questions and then left us to look around. I ended up leaving and saying "bye and thank you" without him coming around to us again. Mind you, it was not busy at the time. I felt totally ignored. I just thought maybe he's had a long day and I'll come back when Juan is there. Next day, I call to see if Juan came in so I can inquire on that set I liked. I spoke to Lee again and he said " He's off again". So I said " Can you help me then?" He said he was very busy with other customers and he'll call me back. It was early afternoon on a Monday. All day had passed and he never called me back. I let it go and just assumed that he forgot. Next day I call again, because obviously I was interested in the furniture set and Juan was there. He helped me right away. He informed me that was the only set left and if I wanted that specific color I would have to take the floor sample. He made me a deal and I told him to charge me for it and purchase it over the phone. He said he would and in the meantime he started to look for matching coffee table, etc and would call me back with pictures. Then this happened...I was called back an hour later saying that the manager didn't approve the deal. I wasn't even aware someone could do that!! I ran my own business for a long time and could tell you that I would never undermine my employee like that. Let alone lose a long time customer for a petty reason. Especially after a Juan made the effort to sell the furniture you weren't interested in selling to us. I have never posted a bad review. I'm the kind of person if have nothing nice to say, I don't say anything at all. However this really bothered me and left me feeling like Lee the manager just didn't want my business at all. It's not like I was spending 10k on furniture but he should be kind and try to assist all his clientele and his employees with respect and professionalism. Nothing I had experienced in this last visit was pleasant, due to him. I feel bad for the other salesmen, they always are nice when I come in but apparently I had never been there while he's in.
