A MUST DO! Corona joins a bunch of other cities in SOCAL & offering Free Summer Time Concerts & Free Parking for Everybody. The Concerts takes place every Thursday evening across from City Hall on the Grass In The Park from 7-9 PM the whole month of July 2019. They have different groups every single week. Check the schedule. They have Food Booths & a Bar Area too. Bring your portable chair &/ or blanket & picnic basket. They also had a Dancing Recycling Trash Can to get people motivated to Recycle their plastic & cans.On this night, they featured The K-Tel All Stars who are a local SOCAL group who are bringing back The Sounds of the 70s. If you are a Baby Boomer who grew up with this music, or a fan of AM 70s Pop, or a younger fan who loves Guardians of the Galaxy movies with all the 70s soundtracks, you will love The K-Tel All Stars. K-Tel was a record company that sold records that had compilations of a lot of 70s hit songs from many different groups on the radio all on one vinyl record album. They had some great TV vintage commercials you can watch on YouTube. Well The K-Tel All Stars are bringing that 70s music back once again with the vinyl records, 8 tracks & cassettes. If you missed the K-Tel All Stars they will be performing again in Simi Valley on Dec. 4 Goldstar has Discount Tickets for this event. The crowd had Lots of Fun singing & Dancing along to the Group @ Corona Concerts in The Park all for Free.
