I came in at 10 a.m. already in a bad mood that i couldn't arrive as early as planned. But WOW, I cheered up fast! FYI: I came for BBQ, not breakfast. Service: Super nice and attentive as always. Food: Had the Holy Trinity. I wasn't sure if it would be enough, but it was a perfect amount for two adults and our lil rugrat. Ribs: tender, juicy, seasoned well. I disagree with the common misconception that meat should easily fall off the bone. I prefer tender meat with texture that gives a satisfying bite, and that's exactly what i got. So good. Brisket: Prime fat cap & fat-to-meat ratio, on point! Delicious marbling. So good with their tangy sauce. Beans: lovely fresh red and black bean mix with sweet onions & peppers. Mac & cheese: delicious little punch of spice. freshly made. Also a good cheese/pasta ratio. Sausage: Juicy, crisp pop bite, seasoned sensibly. Also a nice spice. Delicious. Coming in as early as possible has not failed to give me the best BBQ experience here.

This is a review for the Redlands Public Market location...We had a great time at the new establishment and were spoiled for choice as to what we should try. We decided on Cornerstone BBQ, as we love smash burgers and truffle fries. The prices looked reasonable and offerings sounded really good. Now, I want to say I appreciate the aesthetic and signage with the Bible verse. We really want to like this place and want to try again because it tasted good. However...we were disappointed with our burgers. We got two single smash burgers with cheese, onions, and mayo, at $10.99 each. Our server had asked if we wanted to make them double patties for an additional $4 each (I believe, my bf ordered for us while I saved our seating). He said no, figuring we'd be fine with singles. Well, we soon found out why maybe our server was hinting or recommending it. I'm sure I'm aging myself, but all I could think of was that Wendy's commercial from 1984 "Where's the Beef?" It was literally a giant bun with a burger sized way too small in proportion to the bun. The cheese and onions overwhelmed the patty, where you couldn't even see it. No crispy caramelized edges. Plus, there was no mayo. The truffle fries tasted great, but we felt for $10, the fries should have at least reached the very top edges of the paper tray. All that said, everything tasted good, it was just the proportions need some reassessment. We totally understand that it was a soft opening, or maybe it was a training issue, but we sincerely hope it was just a fluke mistake, as we'd like to give it try again one of these days.

First time dine in at Cornerstone BBQ. They have outdoor comfortable seating as well as very spacious and clean indoor with two big screen tv's. Well lit throughout. Staff are friendly and helpful. Service is fast, efficient. Foods are above average. The hot wings are tasty, crispy. The brisket, I prefer a little bit of moisture. This one is a bit on a dry side. Ribs are great and so the burnt ends. Mac n cheese is spot on but the coleslaw is a little bit on a sour taste in my opinion. Overall is a great place to hangout & hv some bbq.

Tried the barbecue in their new location at Redlands public market and was sadly disappointed. The meat was so dry. The pickles in my bao made the bread soggy, not sure if it was sitting for too long before I picked it up. My husbands brisket and pork belly were both super dry also. Below is a photo of the pork belly bao and brisket. I will give one extra star for their pickles. I will give them another shot and update my review

I was searching for bbq on yelp and decided to try this place based on their good reviews. Sad to say that it was a bit disappointing. We did go an hour and fifteen minutes before they closed on a Sunday, but they aren't open on Monday or Tuesdays so they were out of a lot. No beans, potato salad, or corn salad, so my family members were sad about that. It was very clean inside, lots of tables, and seat-yourself style. We ordered a 1/2 pound of ribs, which ended up being about 5 ribs. The ribs were yummy, soft and moist. They were not sticky or really covered with any sauce. They have a couple of their sauces out for you to serve yourself, a Kansas style and a sweet. They appeared to be out of the spicy barbecue sauce, though that did not affect us. We also ordered pulled pork which was delicious, no complaints there. Definitely needed extra sauce. The other meat we ordered was the pork belly. I've had it Korean BBQ style, so I was expecting flat strips, but it came as big chunks. They tasted and seemed fried, which I was not expecting. Took away from the meat for me, I like to let it shine. They were little nuggets of fat, and they were yummy, but hard on my tummy. There's only so much fried food I can eat at once, so if that's you too, I would get something else. In terms of sides, we got mac and cheese and coleslaw. The mac and cheese was heavily peppered, which I loved. It had some lingering spice heat as an aftertaste that I enjoyed. The sauce, however, was not great. It was clumpy and the mac and cheese was cold, and it just could've been so much better. I enjoyed the coleslaw. It wasn't amazing, but it was tangy and it cut the fried food for me. I tasted sour cream in it and liked that, though my grandmother was not a fan. The sides were decently big, and all meals came with toast, pickles, and pickled onions. Their drinks are also very large, no one was able to finish theirs. All that considered, if I go again I will be getting the pulled pork with coleslaw and fries. Their to-go containers are plastic and styrofoam, and their to-go drink cups are also styrofoam. If you are environmentally conscious, bring your own Tupperware for anything you don't eat.

Our family had lunch for the first time at Cornerstone. My daughter and I had the pulled Pork sandwich. We had the coleslaw added onto of the pork. It was very good, especially if you add their sauces. I think I put on four different sauces which really made it tasty. My husband had the Tri-Tip burnt ends which he liked, with the side order of beans which were also good. I feel it was pretty pricy though. I know prices are going up but it was about $20.00 per meal which I thought was a lot for a sandwich and beans. We mainly saw a lot of men that came in with their buddies from work. The service was good and fast. The decor was nice, quaint atmosphere.

Came in on Sunday around 2:30 and they were out of bakes beans, potato salad. We ordered the family feast, it is definitely is only enough meat to feed about 3 people. The only BBQ item that was good was the brisket. The pulled pork was greasy, the ribs were not tender. The Mac and cheese was so greasy and bland. I could honestly say, I will never come back and don't think people should waste their hard earned money here either. The service was also awful. The cashier was so rude, GEN Z worker who has no customer service skills and acted as if she was bothered by us.

We were ready to walk out the door after she rang up the price but we're glad we decided to stay and try it out. A little pricy but eh its 2025... we tried the Dino ribs and they were the most tender beef ribs ive ever had. Yeah theyre 45$ but its worth trying out i guess. The mac and cheese had no flavor but after we threw in some salt and pepper and their Ghost bbq sauce it came out bomb.com. The brisket was great, very dry however i did ask for the lean cuts so i'll give them a pass. Everything else was pretty good just very expensive. The decor of this place was great tho, whoever designed the inside new what they were doing. Very cool Texas vibe. The lady who took our order had RBF but it probably wasnt intentional. We'll probably come back. Not disappointing at all. Not too shabby. Oh yeah not a fan of the "service charge" these places are doing either.
