Cookie Co. Riverside

I've had anything less than amazing service and products from this establishment. Recently, I had family from out of state and purchased a large assortment of cookies. They were gone within the first hour of putting them out.

This cookie was very thick, but small. It was a "French toast" cookie, but I didn't get that french toast taste. The cookie was bland in taste, and the only thing that was decent tasting, was the frosting. Between them and Crumbles, I don't see or taste much of a difference, other than thickness.

The cookies are unbelievably big.... $4.50 each or 5 for $20.00.... Of course I'm gonna take the 5... mix and match too... I only tried the peanut butter one and it is over the top....the other 4 I took back to the hospital to share with the nurses staff....This is a new location.... Staff was friendly... but you have to park and walk... no parking up close to this location... but hey it's worth it....

These are some amazingly soft and delicious cookies. The staff there was quick and we had no issues going in and picking out a few delicious treats. Pro tip: check out their instagram page for the flavors of the week.We tried the lemon blueberry and mud pie. Lets just say there were no crumbs left!

I stopped by this cookie place today for the first time. The nice lady that was working behind the counter showed me the different types and flavored cookies. My personal favorite are the chocolate chip cookies (yummy) so I purchased the bag of 5.I had to do some other errands and went home. About 3 hours later, I remembered I bought the cookies, so I poured a glass of milk and said out loud, "ok, let's check these out".. we'll, let me just say, these are some damn good cookies. They are soft (not hard like some places) and really good. Needless to say, I'll be back time and time again. If you desire really good cookies, please go check this place out. The store is clean, well organized and as I mentioned before, the lady behind the counter is very nice and friendly. Sorry, but I didn't catch her name, but she might remember me, I had the golden retriever waiting outside and I believe she said she also had a golden retriever that was about 2 1/2 years old. I'll be back for sure!!!

In the mood for some giant, soft, fresh baked cookies? Look no further! They just opened up on June 11th and have already perfected their operations at their newest store.So happy they've added this Riverside location close to my home. You can find them inside of Mission Grove Plaza - right next to Ohana Sushi. They offer 4 flavors and switch up 3 of their menu flavors once a week, always keeping their classic chocolate chip in on the rotation. All of their staff has been super friendly, and it's very open so you can really see how spotless it is inside. This week, for only $15, I grabbed a 4 pack with Chocolate Chip, Hostess Cupcake, Strawberry Thumbprint and Lemon Blueberry - we loved them all! Also, these cookies are huge, and I definitely recommend sharing. They always seem to be perfectly baked, sized, shaped and taste so delicious. In talking to one of the managers, she also mentioned they'd be able to make dozens of chocolate chip mini cookies with advanced notice. They'd be a really great order for parties/events.

Their monster cookie is to die for! It's the perfect amount of oatmeal, peanut butter and chocolate. Store is always clean and staff is always friendly.

Their not keto friendly. I called and asked before I drove there, and the person that answered said No!

We had been to the Redlands location which is way further from us but they were nice and the cookies were delicious so we found out that riverside had a location and decided to come try them out. The staff here is so friendly, kind, informative and personable! The cookies did not disappoint us! We love cookie co way better than Crumbl and we recommend them to anyone that is a cookie lover. These cookies cannot be beat!

Friendly staff, clean store. The cookies are always fresh & delicious , glad they opened in my neighborhood, highly recommended. A+++
