My daughters and I stopped in yesterday 11/22/24 around 4pm after we got some shopping done. The young lady was super sweet and explained all the differences to me as I was so undecided on what cookie I should get. I ended up getting the peanut butter with m&m, and my girls got sugar cookies. Both flavors were delicious and I'd recommend . Cookies are huge and $4.75 each. Big enough that you can split with someone and it'll satisfy your sweet tooth. We will be back when we want a treat.

The cookies are good. My favorite is the chocolate chip but if you get there after 5 there's usually no more big chocolate chip cookies left! it's happened 3 times that i've gone and there was none and the cookies they did have were very limited. Also online it says they close at 8 but idk if they close early when they run out of cookies?? because ive done before that time and sometimes its closed.

I heard their chocolate chip cookies were better than Crumbl so I had to check it out for myself and... NOPE. Crumbl still has the best milk chocolate chip cookies. This place doesn't even have milk, I mean come on! Gave it a try and probably won't be back, I'll be sticking with Crumbl for now.

Came here today and the girl employee closed the store at 7:45pm when supposed to close at 9? Drove so far to get here, very disappointing.

Cleanliness 3Cost 2Cuisine 2Customer service 2I tried cookie plug and liked those so i wanted to see how these measured up. First off, they only have 4 types of cookies at any one time. I guess they rotate what they have weekly. We went about 20 min before closing and they had 100 + cookies just sitting on trays out in the open. I asked for a simple request where they could add a topping (which they had at the moment) to my chocolate chip cookie and they said "no, the cookies are already made." Which was fine but I figured they could just add a topping. It was 3 young kids running the store it seemed. We probably won't be back as the cookies were just bigger versions of what i could make at home from the pre cut cookie dough. At least they came in a nice looking box.

Shrink-flation is in full swing here. Especially with the pumpkin flavor. Cookies used to fill the box-And your hand. Now they're so small- it's honestly embarrassing for them (see pic).

Checked out the newly arrived cookie co in Beaumont. This small cookie bakery looked incredibly clean with a minimalistic style and white brick walls wrapped all around. They're menu offers four cookies at a time changing periodically. Ordering all four of course, I raced home to share with my girlfriend. Starting with the chocolate chip. They have a darn near perfect recipe for a classic cookie almost everyone will be ordering. While most would argue they underbake their cookies, I would say it's more of a chewy cookie instead of a crunchy cookie. Our second favorite cookie in the lineup was the orange blossom. The frosting on top was not overly sweet, but still delivered on the orange flavor. Packed with cranberries and white chocolate this cookie had an amazing flavor profile. The Brookie was a nice mix of a soft brownie and a soft chewy cookie. They're gluten free monster cookie was packed with oats, m&ms, and peanut butter. If it wasn't shown in the menu you wouldn't know this was a flour-less cookie.AMy initial shock at seeing a single cookie being sold for $4 threw me back, but having tasted the quality of these cookies, it's well worth it as a cheat day dessert every now and again. With competition down the street from The Cookie Plug, combined with being very new I hope Cookie Co can remain consistent in quality and cleanliness to stick around for years to come. Five stars.

The staff was welcoming and the place was clean, however the business model was kind of a let down. They offered 4 different cookie selections and a basic soda fountain with soft drinks. We wanted coffee and warm fresh baked cookies, this place offered neither. The cookies were cold and alright. We tried the chocolate chip and raspberry cheesecake cookies. They were both just basic. If you're wanting bomb cookies, I wouldn't recommend this place. Take it from a foodies perspective.

Used to like this place when first opened ..cookies always fresh and warm. Last few times I have gotten at least to me several hour old cold cookies. Taste is ok but not as I recall when visiting first few times. Cookies are ok size for the price..they do mix up the flavors but I always stick with the simple chocolate chip .

Cookies are a hit and miss sometimes they taste fresh sometimes they don't. But what they definitely lack on is customer service. Horrible. And there's no vibe when you walk in. People that work there need some simple customer service training for sure.
