Condron Coffee

This was my first time trying this coffee shop highly recommended by a friend and it deserved the recognition. This coffee place is a very cute, artsy vibe that is a perfect place to study or meet up with friends to catch up! The staff was very friendly, accommodating, had great suggestions, and was very efficient (especially working by herself). There is sufficient street parking easily accessible around the coffee shop for a stress-free environment. The matcha tasted very rich and you can tell the powder is high quality because it did not taste watered down or not authentic. The ube addition as a sweetener was the perfect suggestion given by the server and I felt that both tastes complimented one another. I am definitely looking forward to coming back here to get more matcha!

I recently moved to the Riverside area and have been exploring local coffee shops. My experience here has been mixed, on my first visit, the male staff member taking my order seemed uninterested and was a bit rude when I asked about the menu. Good coffee! Never too sweet. Next time I'll try the food menu but so happy they have the option now My go tos are the lavender latte and honey cinnamon latte.

Super cute little coffee shop that I stopped at on a pit stop! I ordered a hot matcha w/ almond milk + honey and a yummy GF/VG Chocolate donut for a little snack. Service was friendly and fast. I'm not familiar with the area but this seemed like a hot spot for students studying and a co-working space to post up at and get your work done while getting your caffeine fix for the day. Lots of sweating and quite a bit of street parking.

This coffee house has an upscale, yet laid back vibe to it. On this midmorning week day, it was nearly full. The vast majority of the customers were buried into their laptops. The baristas were quick. The menu, see pic, is fairly limited to drinks. We had our coffee and enjoyed the peacefulness before our next stop. I have a pic of one of their table toppers. On a slow day, this may be fun to try one of their other table toppers.

I come here all the time, probably multiple times a week. I barely realized the other day that I've never even left a review for my FAVORITE coffee shop! I actually tried one of their food items for the first time too yesterday. I always order the iced matcha with oat milk and vanilla extra sweet or the iced chai with oat milk and vanilla. It always tastes amazing every time I come. I also love to just hangout inside to catch up with my friends. The staff is also always so sweet and welcoming. :)

Condron Coffee is a great local spot! The staff is always friendly, the coffee is solid, and they have fun seasonal drinks. I also love that it's pet-friendly, so I can bring my puppy on walks there.

Great matcha. Friendly staff. Can get busy but the service is still quick and the drinks are quality. Breakfast burrito was very tasty and large enough to share. Happy to support a local coffee shop.

Coffee is really good , parking is limited but there is parking in the back and the front . Perfect place to study or work , free WiFi , not a lot of sweetener on their lattes so they are perfect.
