Cloud 9 Pho & Teatime

My dad always downplays everything. He's sick and wanted beef rib pho. I'll tell you now-- not many spots have this option lol. To go presentation: 10/10Customer service: 10/10Beautiful, clean, modern interior: 10/10My dad said the beef rib pho is exemplary. Ribs fall off the bone tender and succulent. 10/10, do recommend.

Very warm welcome as soon as we entered. Was directed to take a seat of our choice.Picked a corner table by the wall mural. Tables are all adorned with a small vase of fresh pink carnations besides the condiments, paper napkin holder and utensil caddy.Ceiling lights are made of bamboo shades. A very attractive mural painting covered one side of the wall !I ordered Shaken Beef which was fillet mignon served in a hot iron skillet with sunny side up egg and a bowl of rice. Meat was tender and flavorfully yummmy!Hubby ordered the Combination Pho served with steak, tripe, brisket, tendon and meatball. Good tasty broth !Hot jasmine tea was served with our meal!Restrooms are well maintained and kept clean!For sure will be our to go to when in the area !

Saw their grand opening reel on IG and decided to stop in to try for the first time. Cloud 9 Pho & Teatime has replaced the previous Vietnamese restaurant and operates independently , has no relations to the prior owners or business.Friendly and attentive waitstaff. Beautiful mural and Lunar New Year decorations , clean inviting seating area. Beef salad & shrimp crackers with shredded carrots, onions and herbs has a sweet and mild tart taste 5/5Pho dac biet broth perfectly seasoned generous amount of noodles and meat ratios. Also offers mixed drinks , smoothies and their signature flavored teas. Have some selection of vegan soups tofu pho , vegetable pho and vegan pho options .

Sweetheart and I stopped by for late lunch. Warm friendly welcome. Beautifully designed interior. Inviting feel of wanting to sit down and be comfortable. Staff efficient and accommodating. Excellent service. Ordered Pho no. 1 and sweetheart's favorite beef hasten. Hot good tasting pho. Broth not as strongly seasoned compared to other pho places I've trued. A bit more generous with soft tender meats. Beef shaken meat packed with flavor. Veggies with it cooked just right. Sweet and still crunchy. Nice Jasmin tea for a finisher. Price a little more than other place's. Good lunch experience and looking forward to another visit and try others on their menu.

We used to come here before the name change. Stopped by today and first thing we notice is the upgrades. Nicely done. Service was great. Very sweet, polite young lady.Food came out quick. We ordered pho and the beef sandwich. HIGHLY recommend the sandwich. Overall 10/10. Great food and ambiance.

Staff is super sweet and attentive here. The pho came hot and the broth was so good not oily ! The salt and pepper calamari was pretty good I loved the seasoning on the top of it as well. The restaurant was clean and had a lot of seating. The lighting in the restaurant was also pretty bright and I loved the silver bowls the pho came in. This place was so convenient for me because it's right next to my house and my boyfriend and I loved it. Our only thing was price. For the size of the pho bowls and calamari it was a little bit pricey which we understand for a family owned business, but i think they should offer a larger bowl to make the price a little more fitting.

The food is incredibly delicious my new favorite place! The servers are extremely welcoming and polite. We had a little bit of everything: the veggie egg rolls, chicken dumplings, and chicken fried rice. We also tried the chicken pho and filet mignon pho. Everything was perfect--10 out of 10!

Yummy Pho dac biet so good ! I will go back with my family service so nice ! I like it

This place is new owner and it shows I'm addicted gone three days in a row service and food excellent

The service was great. I had a filet mignon pho and a Thai tea with boba. Loved the filet mignon pho. The broth was tasty and the Thai tea was good the boba could've been fresher but definitely will be coming back
