There are three bedrooms. They had for three sons.
Living room was large leading to other rooms such as the office, kitchen, staircase to upstairs bedrooms and the front door.
One bedroom that had a great view, once with large grove of orange trees.

My friend and I love visiting Claremont and Pasedena to tour or do sightseeing of historic homes and buildings. This house was a great one to see. Beautifully built, great condition with lots of history.

We took a tour of the Claremont Heritage house to see about having a summer event. What a fine, a hidden jewel. We were so excited about this place that we booked our summer event and decided to have our Christmas event there also. If you are planning any event definitely check this place out. Hosted a work event in the court yard. The location is beautiful. With about 100 guests, we had plenty of space to move around. Lights in the courtyard make a lovely evening atmosphere. staff is super friendly and helpful with clear and easy to understand contracts. Highly recommend if you're looking for an intimate venue.

I love everything about this place! The staff, the history, the architecture, everything! My husband and I held our wedding reception at the Garner House and had the loveliest experience. Sonja and Shelly were so kind and patient with us during our wedding planning process-- they were so gracious to answer all of our questions/concerns with kindness and compassion. Meetings were always quick and informative, and drop-in tours were provided with utmost patience and knowledge. Sonja went above and beyond to guide us through our wedding journey, and was always eager to lend a helping hand. My husband and I rented the courtyard, kitchen, bridal suite, and audio system through the Claremont Heritage for our wedding reception and were shocked by how affordable everything was! Our reception turned out magical, and we received so many compliments from our guests about the venue. Some guests took tours of the Garner House during the reception and came running to my husband and I with only great things to say about the history and ambiance of it all! Thank you endlessly to Sonja and Shelly for helping us with our wedding day, everything was perfect and we have so much gratitude for you and the entire team at Claremont Heritage. I have always been in search of excellence in business; I am delighted to report that I have found it at this venue. We are planning a dinner event for our nonprofit ministry in September. After visiting three other venues, this one stole our hearts. We look forward to working with Shelli who is the director and Gourmet Gourmet sales manager Kianna to oversee our dinner. Our team had a wonderful all-day meeting at the Ginger Elliott Conference Room via Claremont Heritage. It was the perfect size for a team of 8 with wonderful access to the park. Clean, easy set-up and take down. We would use this space again!
