Nice park but HORRIBLE staff and management. Manager is terrible at communicating and cashed our deposit for no reason. Gave some bs excuse and when asked for proof, she just kept ignoring us. She has a bad attitude, not easy to work with. Added headaches onto the problems we already had from planning our wedding. I will never have an event here again. Especially for the price. 2 thumbs down,

We booked the Citrus Park Sunkist Center, and also the picnic area at the Citrus Park for our 50-year reunion dinner and Picnic. Priscilla, the event coordinator was so helpful and worked with us in so many ways to customize our event. Unfortunately, we had to cancel and then rebook and she could not have been more accommodating and understanding of our situation. This is a beautiful and private spot, the Sunkist Venter is lovely, and the surrounding Park is exceptional with perfect settings for an outdoor event as well. I would recommend this company's excellent service, and this venue to anyone who would like to create a memorable event.

I had to sit here for a moment to think about what I was going to write based on my experience ONLY with one person! Priscilla who helps facilitate booking of this venue. Priscilla was great at first BUT very quickly made our experience just with the booking a nightmare. We originally had a date for 2020 then 2021 finally 2022 this was all because of the pandemic. We were making payments throughout that time and completely paid it off, yay us! 30 days before the wedding we sit down with Priscilla she said we're still missing almost $2k. She didn't have ANY RECORDS WITH HER! Not one! She took copies of what we had on records. Proceeded to say do you work in healthcare, EMT, army if so we can give you a discount on what we "owe" we both work in healthcare. The next day my fiancé found all the transactions made and Priscilla "went back" to accounting and magically we were good, the discount no longer applies we're not giving you money back. NO APOLOGIZE at all. Not even when we sat down with her again where she out of her behind pulled the let me give you the bridal room 3 hours before your event. That is not enough time to get all the girls ready! Every single time we met with her the price changed. Every single time. If it wasn't 30 days before my wedding I would've just said forget it I'll see you in court. This location is beautiful. The wedding itself was magical but no thanks to the people "in charge." Our coordinator Beverly was amazing, Chef Dave's catering amazing, Jaime our bartender (who I hope got her "tip money" Priscilla added to the bill) amazing and so much fun. The staff amazing! My suggestion if you use this place make sure you get all your records and make sure they have them too and bring them to EVERY meeting! The wedding industry has a lot of scammers so beware!

Beautiful park! Small and private, nice for a family picnic. Very nice park to take pictures. The park has an attached venue for a small, intimate wedding or family reunion. Clean and spacious.

beautiful venue, the staff was great and was very helpful, they went above and beyond to help, make suggestions during the party to help everything go smoothly. the space was just enough to have an intimate party and still maintain social distancing...the venue itself is beautiful and serene, i will definitely use this again if i have an event in this area!
