I've been one of Cigs USA's customers for year's. They're very friendly, treat their customers like gold & are always very helpful with great prices. They're always busy which proves just how popular they are. Jon is the best manager & tries very hard to get the best prices for his merch. One of the better smoke shops in Corona.

Every time I go in I am always greeted like family. The employees alway go above and beyond and are incredibly knowledgeable. Trust me, I ask a million questions on vapes because I like to try new products. Highly recommend this place!! The staff is super friendly and very informative!

I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A INCONVENIENCE! the manager there female with blue eyes. She's so rude! Sits on her phone all day and when you come in she acts as if you don't exist. I came into buy cigarettes today, and wasn't even greeted as I was standing by the counter waiting for her to serve me. That's her job after all. Eventually she came over and helped with very rude gestures and attitude as I wasn't to clear about the pack of cigarettes I was looking for, I got eyes rolled at me and some huffing and puff. I have a learning disability and she had no patience to serve me. Replace your management whoever is the owner here, as she is the reason why you are losing customers like me on a daily business, it wouldn't surprise me!!

I've been a customer here for the past 10 years. I really appreciate that in these strange times they are still staying open for their customers. They've gone above and beyond to uphold the safety standards of social distancing to ensure the health and well being of their customers. It's little gestures like this that make me feel at ease and love this place.

Horrible customer service. Spend your money elsewhere. They don't appreciate your business. Last time I stop there for sure

I have been a customer for 10+ years here. I have absolutely no complaints and only praise. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming and has a personal relationship with each of their regulars. Plus! Prices are always great! If you are looking to support a local business in corona and need anything from cigarettes, hookahs, vapes or even a cigar, this is your place!

I would NEVER come here again. I've tried this place four times as they are down the street from my house, purchased some juul pods and some puff bars all four times. EVERYTHING HERE IS FAKE, the QR CODES to verify and register the product does not verify or register on the website for juul and puff verification. The 9 puff bars I purchased and two packs of juuls ALL TASTE BURNT COTTON! I came into the store today to let the them that they won't verify and that they taste like burn cotton. The manager laughed in my face and said "find another smoke shop." As she hit her burnt ass puff. Won't come here again. And I suggest you don't ether. Probably everything they have there is made from a false distributor.

The owner needs help at this place the person behind the cash register as a straight up rude person I walk in first and helps the other two ladies are in from behind and then she finally comes and helps me Rudely asking me what and I said excuse me and she said what case can I help you with that I'll pick my item they go to the Kaiser system and she's mocking me under her breath telling her boss he was rude let me tell you something and lady you're rude I spent more money than there and you get paid on Wednesday I don't know who you think you are a beer piece of shit bitch with the raiders

The Owner John and all the employees he has working there now are very nice and polite.Very good prices also on lesser known cigarette and cigar brands.Various odds and ends for sale. Apparently also a wide variety of the vape and CP? Gummi products, something i am not familiar with, but seems quite a few people walk in and buy, when i go buy my smokes.
