Checked the hours which said they were open and they weren't there lol. I just wanted churros :(

Thank you Kevin and Jackie! Jackie was awesome! On time and accommodating! We were running late so she kindly stayed a little longer. The churros were freshly made! Super crispy and loaded with cinnamon sugar. Addictively delicious! We also had 4 drizzle options and 4 toppings. Cool truck with nice clean set up.

When I say yummy I mean yummy. Hubby and I stopped to get some coffee. seen this cool looking truck walked over.Best decision ever!!! Going back with my daughter. And the service on point. If your Looking for good churros with extras to make your tummy dance ? This would be the place Hands down delicious

Sooooo good!!!! First time here and definitely will be back! Super friendly and super delicious! We thought they were closed but The truck is behind the gas station in the empty lot. :)

Amazingly crispy and gooey churros! Best I've had in Riverside so far. Location could be better with more lighting but it's so worth a visit :). Reasonably priced too. Thank you.

BEST CHURROS EVER. Came here and just got the plain cinnamon sugar-coated churros and they were amazing. They have the perfect crispness on the outside and softness on the inside.. they literally melt in your mouth! Have you ever been to Disneyland and had a bite of their tasty churros? Churro Bureau absolutely stomps on those. I don't know what's in these churros but if you're ever in the area, you legit needa check this spot out cause my mind is blown

I got the bureau and it was great! The warm churro and cold ice cream combo was delicious. This place is a hidden gem in an open lot on the corner of Orange and Russell. Would definitely come back!

So good! The churros have so much flavor. They are crispy on the outside but still so soft on the inside. Even with the ice cream they don't get soggy. There are so many toppings to choose from. Such a great product from great people. Definitely check them out. You won't be disappointed.

oh wow so yummy! i honestly crave these churros they're so good. i like to get a churro sundae cuz go big or go tf home tbh. also if you try this deliciousness and you don't leave a review youre whack. they also do events so if you need some desserts and you're too lazy to make em yourself then book them for your next event.
