Churrito Loco

I ordered some dessert for myself and my husband through DoorDash. I tried both a strawberry and dulce de leche filled churros....both of them were pretty fresh and delicious....not too greasy which I appreciated! The dulce de leche was a bit too watery, but I still ate it . Next time I'll try to nutella filled one! My husband wanted plain churros and seemed to enjoyed them

Very clean little churro spot that's attached to a gas station. I got the 16 piece churro bites for around $8, which I felt was reasonably priced. It comes with your choice of dipping sauce, so I got raspberry. Order came out in a little over 10 minutes and they come out super hot and fresh. The churros are on the softer/underfried side rather than it being crispier. I also wish it had more cinnamon on its coating. The raspberry sauce was pretty good, just a little artificial.

There aren't many places that you can get churros without getting out your car. Area felt clean and safe. I've been here twice and both times were by using the drive thru. Huge plus !The first time I ordered Nutella filled churros, that was a 10/10 I hugely recommend. I plan on coming back for these. It was crisp on the outside and soft gooey on the inside. The second time I order the churro funnel cake. This was more a 6/10. The churro funnel was just too hard and difficult to bite into. That being said, the more the ice cream melted and soaked into the churro funnel, the better it got. Service was okay. Both times I felt rushed but I understand that they are busy. I appreciate the speedy service tho! I'm sure it's difficult getting so many fried foods out.

My friend has been telling me about this place for the longest. She told me the churros were great here! We ended up sharing the funnel cake sundae! It was so crunchy that our forks were bent! If you get this, don't be afraid to let the icecream melt into it because ours was pretty crunchy! I have mixed feeling about the sundae, it was kind of thing where I felt like it grew on me, the more I ate it. Service was meh even when going through the drive through. My friend asked if there were utensils and the guy was in such a rush trying to get us out the way. Overall 7/10 experience, probably give it another go some other time!

Churrito Loco is my new favorite foodie spot! I had been looking on Yelp for something Instagram worthy and I stumbled across Churrito Loco's Hot Cheetos Chicken Tamales!I sped across town to get to Moreno Valley in time before they closed because I knew I had to try this tamale! I am a tamale lover and also a lover of hot chips, it just sounded like the perfect cheat meal. I was kind of worried that they would be sold out as it was close to the end of the day, but still rushed over to at least try. Upon arrival, the place was busy with a line, but parking was easy. In the last 15 minutes of the day, folks were inside trying get various treats they have. They are really popular for desserts as that was the main choice of all the customers who were there. When it was my turn to order, to my surprise, they still had tamales even at the EOD! I ordered excitedly and waited briefly for my order to come out. Let me tell you, this was juicy, super pigmented, had a good kick of spice, and was extremely flavorful. My favorite park was dipping it in nacho cheese and pouring some Hot Cheetos crumbs on top. This was literally the perfect snack for me.

150/2024First time visiting this Churro resto.Friendly service !Festive ambience! Very clean !!!Tried the Rellenitos , cinnamon flavored empanadas made of fried plantain and sweetened black beans.... Yummy!!Tasted their Elote in a cup topped takis. Not as creamy as i hoped for like another place I go to. Corn is fresh but they only put mayo no butter???Thursdays Special BUY ONE AGUA FRESCA GET ONE FREE!!!!Got Mango and Pineapple juices. Aside from having a dine in and a drive thru , it is located inside the Vred Food Mart.Dine in area's ambiance is so inviting, colorful orange chairs and Spanish music playing.For sure will visit again to try others on the menu!

Although the staff were friendly, the food wasn't worth the money nor the hype. The churro sundae was okay, but the Elotes hotdog and churro smores just didn't leave a good impression. Either there was a big piece of bacon fat or undercooked piece of bacon in my hotdog, either way I was left feeling sickened thinking it must've been undercooked pork which can lead to some bad food poisoning. The churro smores was melted when I got home and the marshmallow was melted over everything making it difficult to enjoy. Also biting into it felt very dry with the combination of the churro and marshmallow. I gave 2 stars only because the staff was friendly and nice, but the food was just very disappointing.

I have only ever been in the drive thru but it has always been good services. The churros are good. They have a crispy outer shell but still soft on the inside. I did a cheesecake filling and it was good but better once it cooled down. Most people know everything is made to order so the wait doesn't come with people rushing you out the window.

Churro Loco has a diverse and appealing menu with some standout items, but the churro, which is their signature offering, didn't quite meet expectations. While it was decent, it didn't live up to the hype surrounding it. The dessert was okay, but not exceptional. That said, the menu features some intriguing combo options like buffalo chicken fries, carne asada fries, and elote fries, which look promising. These items seem like they could be more satisfying and worth trying. Next time, I'll focus on these unique dishes to fully experience what Churro Loco has to offer.

Wednesday afternoon waited over 30 minutes in drive thru terrible service pull to window and not even a sorry for the long wait or anything they literally didn't even open the window.
