Church's Chicken

The young lady that was working at the window in the drive-through cannot get the order right first off second I spent $56.89 and I cannot even get a spoon for my red beans or rice or napkins or hot sauce. I feel like that is not OK after asking for after asking for my condiments.

Stop sellimg old chicken employees should not be on cell phones when customers walk in!!!

18 pieces of chicken so dry and old!!!! Why would you give anyone that seriously it's like 2-3 day old chicken they need to rehire or shut this location down that's crazy to not care that much I mean every piece had to be thrown out!!! Don't waste your money or time!!!

I understand that the macaroni and cheese gets cooked in an oven but they gave me most of the burnt from the top in my almost $6 container so I asked them kindly to replace it the manager there had a really bad attitude and told me to pick up a bit of the macaroni that accidentally fell off my plastic fork like as if I'm some kid. Bad attitude. As well I want to say that the manager came out to sit in the sitting area and had his phone on so loud that I couldn't even sit there and eat in peace I had to leave. I asked the manager how long the chicken had been sitting because the chicken was very dry and did not taste fresh and there was another customer in there that complained about it I decided not to because I put too much emphasis into the macaroni and cheese. But I do want to put a compliment in for Nicholas very kind young Man. Thank you Nickolas.

I paid for 16 piece mixed and got just legs and tights. I have called over and over, and the phone number doesn't work. I want a full refund for my meal. The chicken is not cooked and made everyone sick.

I prefer the chicken pieces rather than the sandwich. The jalapeños are spicier than other places which was good. Fast service. Not too bad.

Made a grub-hub order and they cancelled my order at the time it was suppose to be delivered. So now I have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund. I think they should let Grub-Hub know the status of their menu items.

The chicken strips are not seasoned. They taste very bland. Other Church's actually season theirs.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a dining establishment. I waited 7 minutes to order, due to a staff member arguing with another customer. No one, out of the three working, even acknowledged I was there until 10 minutes in. The staff continuously talk to each other openly, using unprofessional language a while working. Another employee clocked in and they asked him to take my order. He did not wash his hands and walked right in, talking to the others. He eventually took the order and went immediately to make my order. He was also unfamiliar with sauce and other products I asked him about. Horrible. Horrible. HORRIBLE! It's no surprise that Church's is closing its doors in certain areas. The service I received today was embarrassing to the brand and to me, as a consumer.

TERRIBLE... tastes like OLD FISH grease:(. Since Popeye's has taken over, the taste has gone to garbage. So sad, it used to be much better than practically all of its rivals. The chicken is tough to chew as well.
