Chuck E. Cheese

Got invited to a birthday party at Chino location. The store is vibrant, very welcoming vibe for kids. There are a few long tables for the big parties. There is one giant screen and the speakers are very loud for the two hours package.Service is a little uneven, seems like no one has a defined role. Workers are friendly, but it's just strange that with that many personnel and it seems everything is slow.Food, we have pizzas, fries, chicken nuggets, and a birthday cake. Nuggets and fries are a bit dry, but pizzas taste fine. The chocolate cake is sweet; just the way kids like it. App appetizers come with cheesy bread which tastes better than pizza in my opinion.The highlight is for kids to play games with game cards for unlimited plays within 2 hours. So all the kids didn't really eat. They play the arcades, games, photo and rides together. And thoroughly enjoyed themselves.It's really cool to see Chuck E Cheese mascot to celebrate with kids! I would say Chuck E. Cheese's main audience is more elementary and below. It needs private rooms and overhaul to compete in the new generation.

This is our first time hosting or actually having a birthday. But it was okay the lady who organizes it kept leaving us which it was eh not the greatest but that was good never again not worth it.

We always have a great time at CEC! Just bring your patience because they are usually understaffed so it's expected go wait longer than usual for everything. They are usually pretty nice and do what they can to help. The food is tasty- we like the pizza and cheesey bread. And it's usually pretty clean when we go. Great place for family fun!

Negative star. We had a birthday party here for 16 kids total. The package deal. host name Was Michele. She was not trying to coordinate the party with us. I had toRequest multiple time For things that are obviously suppose to be provided for. We didn't get 6 party favor bags. Instead of dealing with our issues she went to the next. I would not rate her for a cotton candy and 200 point. I rather let you know if you plan a party make sure they give you everything you paid for.

So they redid this place have upgraded games for kids, no more tokens. Employees were fast and helpful. Definitely would come back again

Large parkingFun environmentCame for a school fundraiser, everyone was having fun. So many games for all the kids to play. Food was amazing, honestly I don't remember chuck's pizza being that bomb!

I payed extra for my kid to go on the trampoline, yet other kids go in with their FILTHY shoes!!! Staff need to pay attention to that!

This Chuck E. Cheese is filthy and disgusting. The manager does not know how to manage, and the managers got into making money, horrible manager.

We went here Sunday and ordered our food, I'm giving an extra star for the girl who took our order she was very nice. We waited 45 minutes for our pizza and "lemon pepper" wings. We picked up our pizza and it had about 3 inches of crust on a medium pizza. We asked for them to remake it and they did. It came out better the second time. I know I'm at Chuck E. Cheese not a 5 star restaurant but the food could've been better. The wings didn't have seasoning on them and the Buffalo were just soaked in sauce. The trampoline area is an extra cost and wasn't being monitored.

I'm aware customer service is the hardest part about any job and no workers deserve any kind of disrespect but i'm proud on how the closing shift workers handled some rude customers today! Shout out to everyone one of y'all for the patience and hospitality y'all served us nothing but kindness and will very much come here again even though i'm from Los Angeles!
