Chubby's Hot Chicken

Chubby's has to be the best dam Hot Chicken place outside of LA or Nashville. Chicken is always fresh and juicy. Homemade pickles are amazing and their coleslaw is fire . Staff is friendly and always attentive, you walk in and you're greeted with smiles and they always know when you're a returning customer. They treat you like Fam.

Great customer service. Tender and delicious food. What more can you ask for?It's been a pleasure seeing this company grow. I've been a fan of Chubby's Hot Chicken for years and it was awesome being able to enjoy a meal at their first brick and mortar location!The food is fantastic. The chicken is juicy inside, crispy outside, and spiced to perfection. Flavor is amazing, far superior than other Nashville-style chicken spots in the area. The fries are crispy and well seasoned. The cheese sauce is spicy, the ranch is delicious, but the Chubby sauce is perfection. The service is amazing. Everyone is very polite, very helpful. The restaurant itself looks amazing. Beautiful murals cover the walls. Tables and chairs were all clean and well maintained. I'm already looking forward for to my next visit!P.S. As a bonus, they have their own Pokéstop so you can play Pokémon Go as you wait for your order. IYKYK.

My fried chicken actually had chicken!! Love the thick chunks of chicken and the different level of spice! Menu is simple and to the point. Will definitely go back

Great service! First time eating here as this is their first store front. Ordered a chicken sandwich, light heat, and fries combo and some fried pickles on the side. This place was really good. Big portions. The fried pickles are off the chain and so was the special dipping sauce it came with.

Bomb!!! Never fails! Food is fire ! Literally lol staff is always so niiice and friendly! We love this place! The sandwich bread is bomb, Mac, everything!!Highly recommend it ! 10/10

We love Chubby's!Although their storefront is relatively new, their food truck has had a strong following for a few years now. The restaurant is very clean, spacious and the staff is always friendly. If you do not like spicy food do not pick today to be brave. I recommend the MILD or below for those who want a kick but can't handle the spice. The flavors of the chicken are so good you what to be able to feel your taste buds afterwards.For the brave, their Hot or smoked chicken sandwich is amazing and it comes with fries and a side of ranch. I recommend getting the honey for some sweetness. I always get this and it never disappoints.

First I want to say that I used to go to the chubbys food truck pretty often at least twice a month and when they first opened up their store there was a point where I was going 3 times a week. Their customer service is good, the cashiers are nice, and one of their cooks is really kind and funny. But I stopped going because I believe there was maybe a budget change and their fries are not good anymore. One day that I went I noticed it didn't taste the same but I was giving it the benefit of the doubt since I am aware sometimes restaurants will have a different brand or shipment every once in a while. Since I was not a fan of the fries anymore I gave it time before going again to see if changing the fries was a one time thing or if it's a permanent change. I go a month later and it's still the same fries from the prior visit. The fries I remember from the food truck days tasted fresh, well seasoned, and probably the best fries in the game but now they taste like fries you can get from the frozen aisle in a grocery store. For the price of the menu items I don't think customers deserve fries that taste like they're from an air fryer :/ Even looking at pictures of the fries I can 100% tell they are not the same delicious fries I remember having for the first time that made me fall in love with this small business. Other than my rant about the fries, the chicken is never dry and they have pretty good flavors and the chubby sauce is the best! The Kraft honey is okay but it's free so you get what you pay for on that. Although I am no longer a regular because of the fries I would still recommend my IE natives and locals to give them a try because their journey to opening a store has came a long way!

I want to start off by saying the customer service was impeccable. It's was my first time visiting this establishment and I was just impressed on the service I got. I want to say the food was spot on the ranch was super good. The chicken and fries were fresh very flavorful the cheeses sauce on the side really hit spot. I for-sure will be back. The friendliness of the staff and the welcoming feeling they provided and the amazing food.
