Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle gets a ton of traffic, so all things considered they're pretty quick. Sometimes there's a long line but I've never waiting more than 5-10 minutes.

Service needs a major change here. Been coming here for years. I love the food but they don't put your order out on the shelf anymore, which means you have to wait and see if a worker actually acknowledges you so you can ask them to grab your order from the back. This place has made me late to work so many times because it says it's ready but then they take 15 minutes to give it to me. Then my food ends go cold. It's the most frustrating experience.

Location sucks literally one person working everything. Takes forever to get through the line. DO BETTER!

Tried this Chipotle for the first time. The staff were nice and fast considering how busy they were. I bought a bowl with chicken and veggies. The food was really good and they piled it up high. The only thing that I didn't like was their card reader wasn't reading my card so I wasn't able to use it. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with the reader. Other than that it was really good.

Went to chipotle for the first time here in riverside, the food was a 8/10, the reason I give a 3/5 was mainly for the customer service, went there yesterday around 12:30 and felt very rushed and didn't find it very hospitable. I understand having a rush and dealing with the public all day as I do the same but it cost nothing to be kind, the guy behind the counter seemed pretty annoyed that I didn't know that they carried different beans, my bad I guess, but there were no labels. Some how I paid 45$ for two bowls and a fountain drink, probably just unaware of pricing but probably won't be coming back. Either way, I hope they had a better day after that :/

Look at how tiny! And I'm expected to pay 15 for that? They were very busy but this was a mobile order that was already 10 minutes late. I had to go back in but they did make it no problem so that was nice. They either need more staff, better management or both. The remade one was much better but I felt bad having to go back

This is like entering the DMV from that movie Zootopia. The pick up rack is empty and all the bags are ready to go in the back. Nobody is attending the pick up line. Horrible service there were so many people waiting for no reason.

Update from later this night below WHAT ARE THOOOSEEEEEEEThey are always so busy and the employees are work hard to keep everything in motion. 5 stars. Also, they're always playing some good music. & the chipotle tabasco is BOMB! Great new and improved staff all around.. or Great new supervisor/manager.. Either way, big improvement. Me happy happy happy..... me not so happy happy happy .... update ..... poured my drink out after i got home and saw this at the bottom of the cup the dots spread to a brown color i drank coca cola w ice. thank goodness i dont use straws. they seem to be heavy and float to the bottom. idk what it is but im thinking mold particles that have flaked off from something not being clean idk gross tho shouldn't be there

Lost my appetite after seeing how soggy my burrito got, do not recommend coming here again because how do you run out corn. Definitely recommend Chipotle on tyler instead better portioning, although service wasn't horrible here.

I have gone into this location several times a few hours before closing and each time I go in hoping that the quality of the food from the previous visit would be better this time and each time I'm still disappointed. See the picture to see what I mean, and this is how it is each night I've gone. It's so wild this is what Chipotle has become.
