Chipotle Mexican Grill

food was alright.. workers there do more chatting then attending.. the girls in the front were barely putting a average amount of food. in my bowl it was almost half was empty :( like wow just bc i'm a female there was a group of guys with full plates of food.. smh do better (forgot to take picture bc im a big back lol)‍‍‍

I went to chipotle around 9:14 pm they close at 10 pm and I just came from the gym so I had quite an appetite. I don't know the girls name but she was so nice and helpful I love how she welcomed us and was very nice on us ordering our food. I want to thank her for making my day aswell on being so nice . They are very clean and want to thank who we've worked that day the food was delicious!

Portions are horrible. Ordered two burritos and they literally looked like two tacos as they wrapped them up. Won't be back to this location.

Why didn't I follow my first mind and eat at home. I bought a chicken bowl and while I was eating I found the longest black hair in my food. I am throwing up in my mouth just thinking about it! For real Chipotle I would not expect this from your establishment! Do you know how it feels to find a HAIR a nasty HAIR in your food after you have been eating it! It was wrapped in my food. I am so so disappointed and disgusted! After a long day of work all I wanted was to enjoy my chicken bowl now I can never look at another chicken bowl the same again. Whatever employees hair that was you ruins me for life! Just nasty! I am hot as fish grease!

Nice clean store. Staff seemed friendly. Little area outside for eating. Food was nice and fresh :)

Come here all the time and they always hook me up with good portions and freshly cooked food. Today I received amazing service from Justyn who took care of me and made we feel welcome. Will continue to come here.

Sheldon, I tried to use the chipotle website. It's not very user friendly for a senior. Since I had already addressed the problem on "Yelp" I don't feel I need to write everything again on your website. I just want to let Chipotle Headquarters know we tried again to give this store another chance tonight. So disappointed. How a store that was so good has hit rock bottom. The rice grains still had grains that were so hard that I had to spit them out. The floors were so sticky and dirty. Had to ask an employee to clean a table for us. You would think she would have cleaned all of them since not that busy. She only cleaned the one we asked to be cleaned. We couldn't order chips because none were available. So had to return our Queso Blanco because no chips to go with it. Items were low in stock in front cooler. It was wasn't that busy so I don't understand why this continues to be an issue at this store. Just so sad to see what was one of our favorite Chipotle's let things go like this. The Mexican lady with braces older was extremely rude about giving a little more cheese when asked. Seriously the worst attitude and the whole time I was eating my food she kept talking crap to her coworkers about how I asked for more cheese. Really chipotle this is how you want to be represented by your employees???? So sad.

Worst chipotle I have ever been too. Not only do they charge u extra for what exactly they give u but they almost don't give u any meat or rice I asked for barbacoa and I got a little more then a teaspoon of meat and less then a spoon of their serving. How do you charge a customer for their food and give them half a serving .. I will never come here again.
