Not sure how a mexican fast food restaurant runs out of cheese on a Monday at noon but you might want to notify the customer before they order their food or maybe even put a sign on the door...?In fact there is a store in the same parking lot, maybe send an employee to grab some cheese?My bowl was very disappointing without cheese.

Less than one star...We have read months of Perrie Chipotle "single star" reviews. We should have known better. Note to the Manager, the Business Manager, the Regional training team and anyone affiliated with hiring & franchising - This location needs a reboot. The reputation cannot be repaired without a change. When customers wait in line (without being addressed by a single employee), long enough to see that counters and floors need to be cleaned - You have a problem. The reviews below are accurate. I didn't want to be a Kevin about this, but it seems like every time I go to this Chipotle, they're always out of items. One day was black beans, the other was lettuce. Tonight I was craving a barbaqoa burrito, and to no one's surprise, all they had left was a small amount of carnitas. They close at 11pm and I walked in there at 10. Somebody upstairs needs to come regulate this joint. Re hire a new batch of staff.

The food and safety administration should come check on this chipotle location shame on them to represent a franchise like this . The whole place was filthy from seating to kitchen and the counter they make food on was disgusting.

Erika greeted us on arrival and help my husband with his choice, the steak was a bit delayed but she handled the customers coming in who were requesting steak with great energy smiling and apologizing for the delay and joked a bit to help ease the wait. Please congratulations your Excellent employe!!!!!!

I'm done coming here. Every time I've eaten here the staff and customer service gets worse. Today I told them white rice and they gave me brown. I said guac and they gave me fajita peppers. The staff is too busy chatting and not listening to the customer. Besides this, I asked for a side of Vinaigrette and this is what it looks like. Disgusting. I paid extra for it as well. The quality of food and portions also get worse and smaller. Overall the experience here has deteriorated beyond a point where I could ever come back. This locations staff and food suck!

Craving Chipotle yummy you would think. But before we ordered got a lovely view of the fresh food that was everywhere but in the containers. Good to know the 20 dollars that the owner is paying is being put to good use. You figure with there being only 1 customer and 3-4 employees they would have the place clean. Nope. I guess you don't need my money won't be back. I hope the health department reads these because this is nasty. The funniest part is people will still go. If it looks like this in the front you can imagine the back. I work in the food industry and let me be the first to say buyer be were. Message to the owner/GM you and the people patronizing your establishment deserve better. Good luck..
