Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordering ahead is pointless at this location. Ordered at 12:15 , said ready by 12:30. Nope , had to stand and wait until 1 for my food even though the app said food is ready for pickup at 12:30. Even the long line got taken care of before mobile orders

This place is a literal health hazard. I was hungry and got a nice chipotle burrito that i thought i could enjoy. However, from the moment i bit into the burrito, there was trouble. I bit into what seems to be a literal LEAF. This is apparently called a bayleaf but it's still gross to have to eat. Since i knew this, I didnt think much of it. It got worse from their though, as only about a quarter the way down the burrito, I had to SPIT the food out because I bit on something hard. I looked through it and there is a literal ROCK in the burrito. A pebble sure, but still very gross to be in there. Ive posted a video as evidence with the review. I am NEVER eating at this chipotle again and probably wont eat at a chipotle for a long time.

Worst location in my opinion. The girl in the front ran out of a barbacoa and yelled out "start making more barbacoa" when she said that my husband said he'll wait for more, she rolled her eyes and then proceeded to tell him "we don't have anymore". When I asked her about her instructing the cooks to make more she completely denied what she did in front of us. Very rude and sloppy service. Because I questioned them the front "squashed my bowl" without me noticing and it was leaking all over my car. They are not friendly, just rude with sloppy service workers. This organization has gone down the drain.Alex-I filled that out too. I'm more upset what they squashed my bowl so it can leak all over my bag and car. They're not slick. I saw him do it but I thought he was adjusting my bag. Rude

I wish I could use this Chipotle more, but it's impossible. The vibe is slow. The food is good most of the time. Drink station consistently disappoints. Outdoor seating is available. Good luck and check your order before you leave if you ordered online!

My son ordered a veggie BURRITO through the app with the guac on the side. Running on a tight schedule because I had a client a 4:30pm. We picked up the order on time a little before 4:20 however as we're driving off my son says it's in a bowl?! Even though the sticker said BURRITO so I had to find parking again get off wait and have them fix it. I asked the manager (JADE is her name according to a worker there) if she can give me a discount next time for the inconvenience she says "but I gave you a free guac" I said nah I already have a side of it how about chips? She says "no it wasn't that BIG OF A DEAL" JADE it was a BIG DEAL hun and you suck!!

I order a burrito guy walks away I noticed a fly around the meats and lands I try swatting away but can't the glass is to wide I say there a fly around the food the tall girl employee looks at me and instead helping she rolls her eyes at me instead I finally see the fly land on my f@&$$& burrito and walked away the place is gross always dirty last time I come this one

I've been to multiple Chiptole locations all over So Cal, and this location is far the slowest when it comes to service. The craziest thing is, they aren't even as busy as other locations I've been to. They had two people working at the front, one on the food line and the other was at the register. I was shocked that it took me about 25 minutes just to get my order. Honestly, it's not worth the wait.

Honestly this place is great but the female Helper that worked today at 2:50pm Thursday November 21st Was SUPER RUDE AND ATTITUDE THAT RUINED ME FROM ORDERING FROM HERE, the male cashier was very nice and PATIENT. Do something about this thank you!

The chips are stale, the guacamole is a little brown, not much protein (chicken and barbacoa) but that queso is good! I spent $23 on my bowl.

Dude omg this place sucks. the workers are exhausting. i go in today and there's no one in line so there's no rush, and the lady making my bowl is like screaming in my face "OKAY WHAT NEXT" like gurl can i finish talking. she gives me no chicken and shakes tf outta the spoon so i kindly ask for more; and she asked if i wanted double. no i don't want double i just don't want 4 pieces.
