This opened up recently so I decided to stop by for lunch. I ordered my usual burrito bowl using the mobile app. I chose pickup inside rather than drive thru. When I got to the restaurant, my order wasn't on the pickup shelf at the specified time. I gave it 10 min then asked one of the workers there. He went and grabbed it from the other area where it looked like they were prepping drive thru and mobile orders. I'm not sure if there was confusion and it had been sitting there the whole time or not. Anyway, my order was 100% accurate and the food tasted great. The brisket I ordered tasted decent.

I recently visited Chipotle in Jurupa Valley on Pyrite and 60 FWY around 7:30pm on a Sunday and had a disappointing experience. A new hire was making bowls without changing gloves between customers, which is a big hygiene concern. On top of that, they were being difficult about portion sizes, giving noticeably less than usual.The New hire also said I would be charged extra for HALF CHICKEN / HALF STEAK. I've never been charged extra for that before, so it felt unfair. Definitely not the service I expected.Corporate really needs to improve training to ensure better service and consistency across locations.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I should've listened to the reviews & not even bother coming here. I had not gone to chipotle for over 4-5 yrs but decided to support my local businesses tonight. First, the girl who was scooping my rice & protein looks like it hurts her bank account if she scoops more. She only gave me 2 spoons of rice literally & a little bit of steak (for a bowl that costs almost $12?!). She gave me more when I asked. She then gave the bowl to the next girl who then asked what do I want to add in the bowl. I told her to put sour cream on the side & she literally scooped up the sour cream, threw it in the sauce cups & the sour cream went all over the container. Instead of tossing it & making a new container or wiping off the excess sour cream on the outside of the container, she placed the lid on & threw it in my Togo bag. Sour cream everywhere inside my bag which made me lost my appetite. These girls def need training & better customer service. They look like they're still in high school, which is fine but even a 12 yr old with common sense would not throw a messy sour cream cup in a bag without cleaning it up first. The food was salty. Chips were super stale. Will never come back.

I should have just listened to the reviews while waiting in line to pick up my orders. But I just really wanted this.To begin with, Tyler looks like he don't know what he was doing. He gave me an order without checking what I ordered.I had 2 separate orders and just handed me one. I asked him if both orders were there. Tyler don't speak he's to slow to be working drive thru, overall lacks communication. Manager came and printed out the receipts of what I had ordered. Was it that hard "Tyler"!!!! Fucking seriously.I simply told Tyler " I don't want to talk to you, get me your manager ". Horrible horrible experience! Measly portions of meat as well. Back to EASTVALE I go. WHATEVER YOU DO AND YOU GET TYLER GET SOMEONE ELSE.

I was so happy they put a Chipotle here, so close by! This is so disappointing, I walk into the location was going to order food for the family. The customer in front of me asked for a bowl, the amount of rice they gave her was like he counted the rice granules. He then was scraping for meat, the beans same thing like he was counting them. Top it off they had nothing fresh available. It looked like they were serving what was left over from the day. For barely opening it's pretty sad .. I'd rather make the drive to the other Riverside location

Is it just me? Or does there always seem to be something about that Cashier Amity! There hasn't been a day that I've arrived to this location and she isn't there. With her positive character and always asking about my day. I wish other places took the time to ask how our days went. It's like she super into with a joy that people come here. I'm glad to see people like her working in this day and age. Keep it up! And can't wait to return.

Understandable for a second day of opening. They didn't have many staff but were trying their best. The woman with the glasses and pigtails was doing an amazing service while trying to get the line down. Props to her, food was overall tasting good. Definitely recommend come back to this location.

Very rude customer service they're talking about your people my people because we live in Jurupa Valley not understanding the customer is sitting right next to you. Didn't care about the customer. The food is good #nogreensalsa

Service is really bad here. It appears there is no management oversight and the employees are not trained. The tables are dirty. There is not enough turnover so the meat selections look dry. They should have a lid to cover the meat so they don't become hard and dry. The guy who takes the order mumbles in his mouth I couldn't hear a word he said. No eye contact. He looks bored and tired.

This place is a ridiculous employees service food like it coming from there pockets. Came twice since opened and both times terrible once there didn't have steak or chicken and couldn't tell me when they would. Second time got a burrito and bowl and burrito is the size of a 12oz soda
