China Town Fast Food

We ordered many times from this eatery. For group potluck to individuals quick lunch or dinner. The fact that this small quick eatery still stands while others surrounding have been come and goes; is a testament of good values and good meals. The portions are generous. The taste are flavorful. The prices are reasonable. I am glad we have Chinatown Rest here at Loma Linda. Lots of people have been enjoying it and great varieties of foods to choose from.

Despite the reviews, I thought the food here wasn't as bad. It's better than what I've had for other panda express type restaurants. The orange chicken really is not bad, kind of good. It's great paired with the noodles and strangely addicting...Even the beef broccoli meat was tender! I'd come back here! They pack lots of it so it's easily 2 meals in one!

Good chicken dishes and beef and broccoli. Quick service and large portions. Been coming here for 20 years now. Whenever when I am in area I eat here for lunch dinner.

If i could give it a zero star i would There was roaches on the walls lady was rude we didn't even ask for refunds she was the roaches are not on ur food this is nasty don't eat here anymore its not the same as it use yo be

Food is okay, Customer service horrible they do not Know how to speak to customers. Especially the little short Chinese lady who's older. She has very bad customer service and tends to yell at customers.

I've been going to China town for years and it's def a local favorite. The quality of food is always good, our fav entree has to be the tofu eggplant and orange chicken. Tho it may not be the prettiest place, the food always bring the people back

I hate to give this restaurant one star because the food is delicious with good size portions but the service today was UNACCEPTABLE! I don't care how busy it is, how many people there are YOU SHOULD NOT BE RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY ELDERLY FOLKS WHO ARE HARD OF HEARING AND STILL HAVE DIFFICULTY USING CREDIT CARD MACHINES. The lady at the register had ZERO patience with an eldery gentleman trying to pay. Instead of speaking louder and explaining that he needed to sign on the screen, this person reached over the credit card machine and swiped her finger where he needed to sign just to complete the transaction. NOT ONLY THAT! A young lady was having difficulty with her card and the employee at the register told her she didn't have time for this and told her to "just dispute it". NO!NO! NO! NO! NEVER EVER SHOULD YOU TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS SO RUDELY! I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT THE OWNERS/MANAGERS HIRE MORE STAFF FOR BUSY TIMES TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.

this restaurant have a very bad customer service. I ordered food in advance around 11 am to be pick up at 5:30 pm, so I can take food to work; so when I went to pick it up around 5:30, the woman who works there said that somebody pick it up already, when I told her that's not true; she told me then that you have to wait! Excuse me, why do I have to wait when I order ahead of time to avoid waiting plus I have to go to work by 6:30; she ignore me, no explanation and did not even apologized . for what happened. I will never buy anything from this restaurant!

Omg I wanted to like this place! I really did, because it's near me and Chinese food places with vegetarian/tofu entrees can be hard to find. Prices and portions are reasonable, but as others have said, the food taste and quality is substantially lacking. I hate to say this, but the food tastes like it was cooked in dirty dish water or something. I gave the place two chances, with my 2nd experience being worse than the first.Now I dont take writing negative things about someone's business establishment lightly, but we all work hard for our money and have many options when it comes to places to eat. The owners chose to be in this market, after all.Still, I feel like this place can be fixed. Can't the owners visit any other Chinese food place in the area and use their same suppliers? Borrow their fried rice, chow mein and other recipes. Steal their cooks, if you must, but please do something!
