I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at Chili's. Our party of nine, which included hungry young children, faced a two-hour wait due to limited seating availability. The hosts initially told us it would be about 30 minutes, but unfortunately, that estimate was far from accurate. The staff was waiting for a table to clear, but since Chili's doesn't have a time limit on dining, they couldn't ask the guests to leave--even though they had already paid and weren't ordering anything new. While I respect that policy, I did politely ask the table if they were finished, as my party was debating whether to stay or find another restaurant.As we were preparing to leave, the manager and our server kindly offered to compensate us with two entrées if we chose to stay. However, the table we were waiting on still wasn't ready to leave. Just as we had made the decision to go--literally with hands on the door--they finally got up. Our server quickly placed our order, ensuring that chips, salsa, and waters were ready as soon as we were seated.While I truly appreciate the effort from both the server and the manager, I do wish the manager had been more present earlier to help coordinate seating more efficiently. Other large parties of seven to eight people were seated before us with shorter wait times, which only added to our frustration--especially with restless kids and a hungry group.Despite the challenges, we chose to stay because this is my niece's and my spouse's favorite restaurant, and we wanted to celebrate an after-game gathering as a family. This wasn't our first time dining here, and it likely won't be our last. I just hope that in the future, there's a smoother process for handling large parties to ensure a better experience for everyone.Thank you to the staff for their efforts during what was clearly a hectic night.

Angel is a great server, very attentive and accommodating. I enjoyed my food, but the Watermelon Lemonade and Margarita of the Month I had, were both, 2 thumbs down. Usually the margaritas hit the spot and give me a lil buzz off one, but the one I had on this visit, was not it!

Stopped by for lunch. Service was amazing, food came out quick! It was a little warm as they had the heaters on, but then the AC came on and it so much better! Oh, the Tripple Dipper with endless Diet Coke and chips/salsa is UNMATCHED!

I came here last Monday evening for an early dinner around 4:30 pm. I ordered the discount meal: burger, fries, & chicken tortilla soup. The soup was okay, it was mostly tortilla strips, I should have asked for chili or chicken enchilada instead. The service was excellent, everyone was very attentive and I ate in about 30-40 minutes and was out of there as I wanted. I would definitely return here.

I didn't have Chili's making a comeback in 2024 on my bingo card but the restaurant was absolutely packed on a Saturday night. My wife and I both had the 3 for me combo's which included a drink, appetizer, entree and fries all for $10.99. It was A LOT of food for the price and the food was great! Highlights were the smasher burger, fries, and baked potato soup. Just goes to show you that price point for quality food goes a long away. Service was excellent as well! On the downside though, I did find the chicken crispers to be a bit underwhelming for the premium price point, but they were still solid. Will be back to try more!

It was a quick place to grab happy hour drinks with friends . Service was kind of spotty ,but the wait staff seemed to be just one person for the whole bar area. I had to send my drink back because I saw something in it. I watched them pour it out and make me a new one. Ordered food , but can't remember what . My friend had a rewards coupon for chips and salsa . The chips tasted stale .

I went happily to this chilis for some food with friends and ordered some mozzarella sticks. Sadly my happiness ended right when I picked up the mozzarella stick and my friend sees a cricket in the cheese that was sticking out. The manager came out and told us to not worry about paying for our food and she proceeded to tell us. "There is crickets here but I don't know how they got in my kitchen" to this day I do not know if they cleaned the kitchen and changed the oil in the fryer.
