Worst Customer Service Ever!I am a vegan and order veggie fajitas and they just couldn't get my order correct. They said the sauce was meat fat and then the rice had small chunks of meat in it. The manager was unreasonable and rude. I will never eat there again. There are other places out there for vegans!

I haven't eaten at Chili's in this area lately because the service is usually questionable. We came in on Friday evening at 5 pm and sat in the bar. We ordered the 3 for me meal with soup, drink & a burger. The baked potato soup was good, had some free chips & salsa with my rewards, ordered the $6 Straw Eddy margarita & a Big Smasher burger & fries. It took forever to get our burger, it was almost an hour wait. The waitress said she would give us a discount and they did. They need to get the food out quicker. The waitress was good and her service was good, but it's a bit slow to get food here. They kept coming back asking us if we wanted more drinks or chips, but we were just waiting for our meal.

Kylie was an amazing server!!!! Fast, friendly, sweet, helped answer all of our questions about the menu! Always smiles and on top of everything! Request her if you want the best service! I got to meet the manager and he was so friendly and sweet! I love how he runs the show! He's so attentive and makes sure that all servers are on task. Thank you!!! Highly recommend! The smash burger was amazing! And I can't wait to try many other dishes on their menu!

It's Chili's. The taste are the same from location to location however, this location does it a little bit better than my local Chili's. I found the drinks to be made well, without too much sugar. Additionally, the egg rolls have much more filling than my local spot, the server was fast and got it done and even helped us to save a few bucks by Suggestions. She was fantastic. The one downside was the hostess stand. I literally stood there for nearly 10 minutes without a greeting. No "I will be right with you" or "Give me a sec". Nothing at all. She buzzed around back-and-forth and sat a couple of tables and I just stood there at the podium with my kid. I ended up switching places with my husband who was outside because one of the kids forgot something in the car and lo and behold, he's already getting escorted to a table.

My godson just turned 17 and chose Chili's as his birthday dinner dream wish. Apparently, teens are really big on Chili's right now and it is somewhat of a fad. Usually, for the last three years, he has chosen Red Robin's, so this might be a real random fact of life. To be honest, I am not a big Chili's type of fat guy. This isn't a knock on them or anything---I don't care for Applebee's either and other similar steak house type of deals. The food is good---just not overwhelmingly great, in my opinion. However, this location was actually really good with its food and its employees. The servers, hosts and even general manager were all very nice, smiley and patient (my party had 12 people in it) and went above and beyond with requests and such. They even asked if our party was celebrating anything, and who and if we needed birthday singers and all that jazz. Our waitress/server was named Nina and she was very outgoing; very patient with our orders and requests and got our orders in/out right away. She was even given a piece of birthday cake at the end, which she deserved! I ordered the Double OTC Cheeseburger, which came with fries and a salad, as part of the 3 For Me deal. It was about $18. I also got to try a Mozzarella Cheese Stick (it was huge and looked like hash brown!) and a piece of a Chicken Quesadilla. As I've mentioned earlier, the food doesn't wow me but it tasted good and everything was cooked/prepared correctly. The burger, though, was pretty amazing! I saw another reviewer complain about the Vegan options---uh, how about not going to a steak house for Vegan food?! Oy. Anyways, the food was good, the staff was great and the experience/memory was excellent! 5 Stars deserved!

Horrible experience highly disappointed in the service, food, and quality we order chips and salsa took 25 min to get those and another 30-40 min to get our food and when it comes its cold and our waitress barley checked in on us I don't know if she needs more training or was overwhelmed but was very disappointed probably won't come back.

We've been to this location plenty times and usually don't have the best experience. Today was the best service we have ever had at this location and it was all thanks to Brenda! She was so energetic, funny, knowledgeable, and efficient. She had so many tables at one time and she made sure each one had exactly what they needed before they even had to ask. The food is always good, we tried the Nashville mozzarella sticks as Brenda said they were great so we gave them a try and loved them! Not sure how long she's been here but we're happy to have had the chance to be in her section tonight. We hope she's here every time we come in from now on! Thanks again, Brenda!

Went on a Wednesday afternoon for happy hour and was seated immediately. Server was super nice and attentive. We got the classic margaritas for $4; the iced one was better than the blended one since it goes down easier. We also got the new espresso martini for $12; it was pretty strong and kind of bitter, not sure if I'd get it again. Additionally, we tried the triple tequila trifecta which had a sugar rim that paired really well with the drink. We also got the triple dipper platter with the southwestern egg rolls, fried mozzarella, and honey-chipotle chicken tenders. I'd highly recommend the chicken tenders and mozzarella. Total for everything came out to $43 without tip. It was a fun late lunch and I'd definitely come back again!

The people that work here are generally very nice! We go to this location quite often! Last week there was at least an hours++ wait and the parking was a bear so we went elsewhere! We all thought they were giving away free food! They were certaily NOT! This weekend the wait was only 20 minute. However, there were plenty of seats so we have to assume, there were no servers!We were seated but it was very cold! Plus, we were seated under a vent that was relentless in the cold air coming out of it. I asked the "manager" if it could at least turn the temp to an at least comfortable setting, she said "sure" but it was never done! Most of the clients were wearing their jackets!Our server was very nice but I wondered if the kitchen was not cooperating with her efforts to be the best she could be.Our order took a LONG time to be produced as did the check. All of us agreed that the quality was not the best. As an example, my Cajun Pasta had plenty of cheese covered pasta but the the next size up from Bay Scrimp and the sauce was not adequate!So, I took it home and will eat it tonight with a generous dose of Italian sauce! The chips and dips were plentiful but the dips were VERY SALTY!However, the Birthday Sundays were wonderful. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the servers for their enthusiastic birthday greetings!Will we be back, more likely than not, YES, but it might be a while!
