Hi everyone!I have eaten at this Chili's three or four times in the past couple of months. For the life of me, I can't imagine why this one gets such horrible reviews. I had lunch at this Chili's today. As most of you know, I eat out quite a bit. So, is Chili's fine dining? No, it is not. But I had today, and usually have, an excellent experience here.Let's start with the service.... My server today was Mike. He gave me incredible service! He was attentive without being pushy. My food came out hot and in a timely manner. And most importantly, for me, my drink was never empty! Good job Mike!Now to the food. I had the 3 for me combo. Chips and salsa. Smashburger and fries. And a bottomless ice tea. All for $10.99! . Come on. This is the deal of the century, when a fast food burger can be easily that price and more! The chip were good and a large portion. The burger was very tasty as were the fries. Again, good food and a great price!The restaurant itself was clean, as were the restrooms!What more can you want!Jim

We came on a Friday night for dinner and it was packed. The wait time was 35 minutes so we decided to sit at the bar. Our server Lucas was amazing and so attentive! He kept checking on us and refilling our drinks. The food came out quickly and it tasted fresh. The bar area is pretty loud and always busy since its first come first serve. We enjoyed our visit tonight with great service by Lucas and good food made by the chefs in the kitchen.

Me and wifey had a day off together and came to Chilis after going to Sam's Club nearby. I had only been to Chilis once in 1995 on a blind date. We both ordered the triple dipper and a couple of stiff drinks. The bartender was not playing around on this day. The triple dippers were good and family friendly if you have children. The drinks were so strong that I ordered two and only finished one. I was buzzing all the way through watching One of Them Days with Sza and Keke Palmer. I love Issa Rae who directed the movie because she always showcases Los Angeles businesses that are well known and she showed my uncles business (Dawah Book Shop) in their scene at Church's chicken. Will definitely be back to enjoy a triple dipper and the bar.

Chili's is a household staple type restaurant to go to when you don't feel like cooking. This specific Chili's was extremely crowded. The wait-list was 35 min and no tables in the bar. They seem to have a couple of new items on the menu. The place was clean nothing crazy, just really crowded. Service was good. I got the boneless wings, husband got the fajitas. Not bad. Boneless wings could have been better. Chips and salsa was good. Wouldn't be back only because we don't live in this area.

The server was nice. It was her third day of training and shes doing well. We only ordered appetizer to share between me and my boyfriend but she did not judge and was more than happy to just serve the appetizer. Very polite and happy! Dock off one star: The food is just decent. The nashville tenders were amazing though. Sliders are typical and they have an egg roll thats more mexican style. Not exactly my type but it was a nice place to have a quick appetizer. Maybe I'll try the entrees next time.

YIPEEEE CHILIS!!!The stick up thoties in the reviews don't know good food when they see it. Chilis is not a five star restaurant it's a place of worship. I worshipped my triple dipper. I got a lot of sauce and I bet the server thought I was being a fatty sorry I didn't know the sauces were already included. I like the vibes it was really chill. As for ambience, I worked at lazydog in the past and though it was great there it was LOUD AS HELL!!!! and this place not so much. Chill and pretty quiet you can hear your thoughts. Service was chill. Nice 30 year old ish girl. I didn't get her name sorry I am bad. Thank you chilis I love you!!!

Came into Chili's and greeted quickly. Decided to sit at bar where Amy also greeted and offered a selection of pwrsonal choices for drinks. I always appreciate a variety of channels on display. The music is never over-whelming here at Chili's. I ordered my steak Medium Rare and came out perfect. Amy would occasionally check on me, but no complaints here due to the great meal I was served. This is always a go-to for a good Ribeye and still at an affordable price. I will be back and Kudos to the management team for great Srrice and Food!

My family and I have been going to this chilis for about 16 years and it started to decline in 2020. The food got worse but the service is still pretty good. The ambience has improved. So these cooks don't know how to make a ribeye or any type of grilled meats. The meat quality is very bad. The baby back ribs are also mediocre. Even sides are just okay. Sorry to say this place was pretty good for a long time till it started to decline. I hope they make a change to improve. Not looking for any gift cards or anything like that just needs better cooks and managers since they probably order the food for the restaurant.

Imagine ordering a burger and biting into it and it's just straight up a raw patty... Raw enough to make you sick. Whoever was cooking shouldn't have been because this was gross. Check your food and make sure it's cooked. What's crazy is they were just gonna refund me and not offer me anything for the inconvenience of having to drive back and get a new burger...
