I used Door Dash to have the food delivered. Take Out or Dine In, the food maintains its authenticity for true Chinese Food. The Egg Seaweed Soup fills you up and has more for leftovers. The steamed fish had garlic and Perilla was scrumptious. Though the pricing may seem high for certain people. The saying goes "you get what you pay for." The fish was truly steamed and delicious. The bullfrog and chicken gizzards were my friends experimenting with something different. The bullfrog had a small kick but cooked well.

For starters, This place is family style! Great for couples, families/groups, and really hungry ppl! Large portions that can be shared or have them as leftovers! This will be a great place for meal prepping (just an idea).We ordered so much food and it was a great price for all of us. Celebrating the birthday of my friend's dad was perfect. Ohhh please try the FROG if you have never had it. I promise it's delicious!! Service was very efficient, polite, and reassuring when making sure our order was correct prior to cooking. Anywho! Great place! REALLY GREAT! You must order something with Chili it's flavorful heat!

From the moment you open the door and you look in, you will know that you are going to be in for a good experience, the clean floors and likewise tables, the sparse decor and soft music it's just the beginning,The host was promptly to welcome me and offered a seat.The only item that brings you back to modern times is the "scan to order" display.As you can see by the picture, the portions are just perfect, the flavor of the black bean sauce and the sweetness of the red and yellow peppers makes a great combination! I asked for spicy oil to add some heat, what I got was a delightful "tapenade like" spicy sauce that made my day!!!The small details!!!

Best Hunan-style/Szechuan food out of all that we've tried! We compared this to other restaurants we've tried in Las Vegas, Chino Hills, Rowland Heights, and San Gabriel Valley, and we concluded that Chili House here in Rancho Cucamonga is the best all-around in terms of food quality, taste, and prices. Their service is wonderful as well. Our server treated us well and was very kind, professional, and polite.The restaurant itself is quiet, tastefully decorated, and cozy. All the tables have bench-style seating, and it was comfortable to sit at with four people.We had the beef with cumin, mapo tofu, fried noodles with beef, fried bowl of noodles, fried rice, and boiled fat intestines. All delicious with some spice and numbness, but not overly spicy.For drinks, we tried the Arctic Ocean (a sort of orange soda from Beijing-- tastes like orange Fanta) and Want Want Milk (a sweet milk drink with condensed milk flavor from Taiwan).Drinks are more expensive than just buying the same ones from your local Asian grocery store. Would recommend just going for the food!

First let me say, kudos for this restaurant has the gut to make authentic very spicy Hunan style food in Rancho Cucamonga. It's so spicy that both my husband and I were eating and tearing and eating more. We ordered picked radish with smoked pork and beer duck stew. Finished both with some rice and tears.

No service at all. The restaurant owner, the waitress and the chef were scattered in different tables and had their heads buried in their phones while customers were eating.Food portions were ridiculously minimum. Eleven pieces of quarter-sized ribs was $15.3.5% services charges imposed on credit cards so we were suggested to pay our bill in cash.Not recommended at all.

ZERO stars for customer service, 3 stars for food on this day. Extremely unprofessional, rude service from a middle-aged lady. Had a scowl on her face as we walked in just staring at us. Come 1-hour, 4 minutes before closing and she is pushing you out the door. Demanded immediate payment upon delivery of several dishes and said she is not waiting for us, no manners. Pay now she said! Our party included folks from China and New York and were eager to take them to this restaurant and came away very embarrassed and bothered. Food was ok but could not enjoy our expensive meal as she was being rude the whole time, very unpleasant. Where is the owner here?? Your employee turned away two groups while the restaurant was open. Don't need the business? Recommend to take responsibility, fix this mess and get this lady away from paying customers. She obviously has no interpersonal skills for the job. We have been here once before when a male server was taking our order and he was very courteous towards us and we enjoyed our meal that day.
